On Tali’s suit – I prefer her ME2 version, mainly because the rendering in ME1 was rather poor, and I like the ME2 swirly pattern (fabrics are awesome.)

As for only liking one character, I like a lot of different characters. I post regularly on a few character threads, usually the Tali thread hasn't been so bad. But recently, I don't like how some are bashing other characters.

So anyways.... Onto the next Tali question:

If she was a gamer in the present day, what would her favourite computer game be?

I originally romanced Liara, but she made me feel too guilty in LOTSB when Tali became the pixelated love of my life. So I went back and made it with Ash instead, who I felt no guilt at all in shrugging off later.

Have you seen the romance scene? It pretty much even runs the same way. The difference between them is that Merrill comes across as a lot more naive than Tali does, but personality wise they are indistinguishable at times.

Similar, not indistinguishable. Merrill tends to think of herself as not the least bit likable and worthless beyond her need to fix the Eluvian, though she thinks she'll be worth something if that ever happens. Tali may be shy, but she knows what she's capable of; Her hesitation with the Shep romance is because she thinks that because of all the suit will prevent, plus her nervousness about having never shown anyone her face, will stop him from being happy with the relationship. Otherwise I'm sure she'd be quite, ah, abashedly enthusiastic.

Well put. I think that's really the main thing keeping her emotionally shackled, so to speak. If she didn't have so much deep seated guilt over the idea that Shep couldn't be happy with her because of the suit, I wager she'd be noticably different in that respect.

you have to play portal to find out   (and its basicaly a first person view game that's not really shooter - as the gun you get makes portals of 2 different colors.  entering one makes you exit through the other.  it allows you to move around levels in interesting ways and solve puzzles.  the goal is to escape by solving those puzzles.)

on a different note... have you guys seen this?  O_O (if you already have, sorry, I just found it)
