Man I just saw the leaked beta. if THAT is only the BETA, i have no doubts about mass3. Mass3 will rawk teh boat.

I didnt see the part about a quarian squaddie though. I thought it would be krogan and Drell for the last 2 slots since they were in the screenies, or is this a case of alltheabove?

Was there any Tali footage?

To answer the question regarding the leak, I try to stay away from such spoilers, but from vague rumors I read it is more involving the so called earing Shep has to go through and three possible game modes...
Didn't hear about any companions... :/

It appears we have Garrus, Liara, Wrex, and the VS all making an appearance to some extent in the beta (Kaidan may be dead, but incredibly he still receives orders from Anderson in an apparent  flagging glitch). 

Basically we can procure information on the status/appearance of all possible squadmates from ME1 with the exclusion of Tali.

I'm in this boat too. As long as her appearance fits the personality archetype I have no issue really.

And if this Tali info blockade is for any reason other than to troll the immense amount of Tali lovers, Bioware's in trouble.



And maybe I'll be safe saying I wouldn't mind Tali looking night elf-ish because of the purplish tint of her skin/that her visor gives it, and silver glowing eyes... If I add in that I'd think long, thin silver quills would be teh leets?

I don't think she'll be purple because other quarians have green, orange, and blue visor tints. Does that mean that those are the colors of their skin? If quarians are purple I won't go into a frenzy but I just don't necessarily think that they are purple. I see them as having a grayscale color palette similar to how humans have a brown scale color. I also think it would be interesting if their skin and/or eye texture is similar to how blowflies are (they aren't "plain" green but a very "shiny", "metallic" green...similar to metal, if I were to make a comparison)

So we get to see Wrex, but not Tali? That's the entire ME1 squad, including the only one not returning, except for her. This has *got* to be deliberate trolling (I would know, I've bee-- Err, seen quite a few in my time), or else they're really confused with what they're doing with her appearance.

I agree...I don't think quarians should have hair....and if they do, it shouldn't be in the same style and placement as humans.

I like the idea of hair primarily because it was pointed out a long time ago that the hoods the quarians wear kind of give the impression of hair. They'd look great with hair.

Hip quills would be an epic sadface. So much info from last night though, rockin' that Quarians are available in MP, though.

As for Tali not having shown up yet, I'd wager there's probably a good number of reasons for that. I doubt it's as much of deliberate trolling as it is the fact that there's too a good number variables with her, and it's possible that the whole exiled/not exiled thing is going to have a marked impact on her presence in game.

Rokku, you could say that for Garrus, too. Like Tali, he could be dead from the Suicide Mission, and while she may be Exiled, his path could be altered by whether or not you let him get Sidonis. On top of those variables, he was an optional squadmate in ME1, while Tali was required; Factor in that he has nothing to do with a faction while she has at least a little bit, and if anything, he has more against him for variables.


And yet, who's been the poster boy for ME3 apperances?
