Tali'Zorah ME3 Thread *MAJOR SPOILER WARNING!*

I do think something's up, and I do think it's a bigger deal than just "trolololol". Problem is, it may be so deeply connected to the overall story of the third game that even a reveal would be a massive spoiler.

If this was an accidental leak, as in wasn't going to be shown (At least, not this early), and there's not hide nor quill of Tali, not even a mention... Huh. Maybe it would be a massive spoiler, like you say, but I get the feeling they're still mucking about with the Tali-related content, working and such.

They probably haven't decided on a look for Tali yet. She will also likely be contained to the quarian/geth plot and that may still be early in development.
apparently plotwise the game is already done (a comment by chris or someone else on twitter), and its now on a process of "cleanup" and revisions (checking everything feels well paced)

"Plot" does not mean they have actually built the levels and such.
most likely they have already if they didnt they wouldnt be able to be testing them like they say they are (at least the conversations parts, gameplay parts may still be on work)

And I thought her full-time squad status was confirmed?

That was many months ago, though. A few months afterward we got the bit about "Nobody's permanent", and things may have changed since. Hopefully not though, I'd rather that the very small percentage of truly disturbing Talimancers didn't burn down Bioware HQ.

Wrex won't be.

Technically, I believe Casey Hudson used the expression "main characters and squad members" for Vega, Liara, Tali, Garrus and the VS.
Later, for Tali specifically, he said that "you can recruit Tali to your squad, but nothing is permanent." So, I believe they've avoided the terms "permanent" and "full-time" for the most part. Whether there is any distinction from previous squad functionality in actual practice is hard to say at this point.

~She's in Mass Effect 3 if you keep her alive in ME2
And that's it! That's the real, confirmed, what Casey Hudson personally signed, will sell on ebay, what Occupy Wall Street will agree on, piece of real information on Tali.
"Bioware, any new information on Tali?"
"No"

That's been the story for everyday, every week, every month, even before the delay.
...
Now stop asking.

I understand if it's very optional whether to take them along or not, but if you've completed all of their content to their satisfaction and made the right decisions (potentially sacrifices), I don't see why you couldn't keep your two best squaddies with you long-term. Seems Liara and Garrus are free for every damn part of the game so far, I have no idea why Tali wouldn't be, particularly if she's Exiled. Any returning romance should have the option to be permanent, if you meet the criteria.
I can see why Garrus and Liara would be permanent squadmates. Garrus is a fan favorite and Liara is BW's Mary Sue. It wouldn't make sense to not include Tali as a permanent member of the squad considering that even her popularity surpasses that of Garrus a bit.

I don't think so. Garrus and Miranda are the most used squadmates in ME2, not Tali.
