Looks like yes, as long as either squadmate hasn't been molested by Shepard. Relationships betweeen crewmembers is nothing out of the ordinary IMO.
Just an honest question though (not trolling, for once LOL): Does having the same amino acid composition imply a higher likelihood of Tali falling sick? Since the bacteria in their bodies would have the same makeup as well? Think it was mentioned somewhere in the game...

In layman's terms, that means they evolved on two completely different planets with their own unique animal and plant life. Two species must be within the same genus to be able to "haz babies".
