The more conversations you can have with Tali in Mass effect 3 the better

There are plenty of those as far as I can tell. Some on certain familiar locations that you might recognize from previous games and some with the other squadmates, and of course, the romance.

If all of them make it into the game, then Patrick Weekes has really outdone himself.

I just hope they've changed her back to the cleaner and less raspy voice filter she had in ME1. One of the most annoying changes she went through in ME2 her voice filter becoming more "gravelly". Your milage may vary, of course.

She looks and sounds better in ME2, imo.

Torn between the two, they both sound good to me but which one is the better. That is a tough question for me.

Tali's voice in ME1 sounded like a kid, while her voice in ME2 sounded like an adult.

That's because she was not an adult in ME1. I had hoped her adult self could invest in upgrading to a voice filter that isn't a clarity downgrade to the one she used in her shoddy youth suit.

Just compared the two to see what you mean- the vocal filter is definitely raspier in ME2. I think it compliments her more mature-sounding voice though. Aside from simply enjoying that slightly more synethic effect, I like how it ups the constrast to her natural voice once the helmet comes off too (for the sparing few words we hear)!

Indeed I prefer me2 voice more. Especially since she stopped yelling. I can't tell you how much I jumped the first time tali yelled something while exploring.

She was 22. Just saying.

age and life stages are relative. A beaver is an adult at the age of 2, while for a human they're barely a child. Quarians could be staged differently just like how Liara is barely an adult at the age of about 108

Theoretically, Tali could be 102 and still be considered a non-adult if she has not completed her pilgrimage.
As Buddha reminded me today, Tali is 24 Earth years old. With the info from the leak, and assuming quarians state age as we on Earth do, 1 year = 1 orbit of the sun, then that actually places Tali over 38 years of age to a quarian.

EDIT*  Or, if it is just a conversion from senary to decimal, she is 40 base 6.

Why, she is nearing cougar age. :)

Honestly this is probably a case of "magic" omni-tools converting numbers into each culture's relative equal, so a human will always hear ages in earth-standard, a quarian in rannoch-standard, asari in thessia standard, etc...

Although it is easy to overthink these things, the number of times that people speak about age in these games (particularly asari) implies that they might have some sort of conversion sysetm, I doubt everyone know's everyone's year length and standard time measurements.

bah, why cant everyone just use galactic standard time? :P
isnt there a universal time unit for the citadel races or something?  Tali might not be a cougar, but she can pounce like one though!

It's like the metric system. Some aliens are having trouble converting to a galactic standard time or whatever.
