No, that's her alternative appearance suit.

It looked similar but I thought cloth patterns were a bit diffrent than in Tali 3rd suit from Alternative Apperance Pack

Though I have never seen anything touching upon lactation, I would not be surprised.  Then again.  Rubberstamping all Tali admirers by saying 'People have....' is incorrect.  One, two or even a few might have discussed it but it does not reflect the entire Tali fanbase.

But it does appear that some others just can't accept an odd topic and continually use it to slant the views on an entire threads members.

We do know quarians nurse their young, by the way. Shala mentions it when she talks about Tali being in the bubble.

Another theory could be, maybe Quarian's regurgitate their food into the mouths of their infants like birds do. Sort of how they can share their immune system to boost their child's
Remember, Quarian's aren't mammals. Nursing might not mean breast-feeding. It could just be a neutral, all-encompasing term used to say how a species take's care of it's young.

This is for ME3 is it not? I was under the assumption that they meant she was not going to be a squadmate in ME3 the lengthy tali threads after ME2 came out. I assumed they would make her a squad mate for ME3 regardless but apparently they werent.

That is rather incredible to know. While I'm simply blown away that they even *considered* keeping Tali with the Quarians after...well, stuff happens, it doesn't suprise me to know the Power of Love from both the Talimancers and just those fans who enjoy the character but don't want to romance her ensured she would be standing with us in combat. What I can't figure out is how, after ME2, they would even think the fans would be okay with not having her. Unless Chris was refering to her not being a Squadie in ME2 forward.
