I'm going to guess that she stashed away just small parts in her own pockets and left the big ones in a backpack somewhere for her dad's people to pick up.

Probably something that went on for months too.

I had a similar thought, but I tried to think about where she'd have more pockets than those I can clearly see.

Maybe she borrowed a pair of pants from Roger Wilco (or any other adventure game hero that can fit ridiculous amounts of stuff in their pockets).

Well, only if you put them together as an image. Put Tali on-screen together with Ash's superb vocal performance, and the awesomeness is greater than the sum of its parts. There's at  the very least a first-order exponential growth in awesome. Which no doubt largely caused that old thread that got into the third order of magnitude in shear page numbers.

( too much math, didn't read: Indeed: Tali and Ash together are *very* awesome.)

Honestly, if they pulled a Yvonne Strahovski and based Tali's face on Ms. Sroka's, only with a more alien slant, it would not be doing the character a diservice. She's beautiful, but not in an over the top Super-Model way i.e. Miranda (No, that's not a "Hater" comment. I dig Miranda, but, well, come on. There's a reason they based her on freaking Sarah Walker for Pete's sake) And, well, despite her gorgeous figure I've always pictured Tali as being the alien equivilant of the Girl Next Door and Ms. Sroka has that look down pat.

Ash is attractive. But, she isn't a quarian. I would prefer it if Tali didn't look too much like a human.

I definitely don't want Ash's face on tali. All that would do is create the uncanny valley effect. Its bad enough with sheps raep face, and miranda's... Face. Doing that to Tali would just be creepy.

Yup.

There are very few faces that becomes good looking in the game (I can probably count them on one hand, even) so I'd prefer if they didn't try to give her a human face with no visible pupils and actually put some sort of effort in it.

I have heard a lot of people discussing whether or not they want to see Tali's face. It makes since as a lot of people want to know what is behind the mask. I also know they cannot make everyone happy. However I dont see why the subject of whether to show it or not is such a big deal. I mean it should be approached like everyhting else in the game and it should be a matter of choice. I find it hard to believe they cant work in a section where Tali is about to remove her mask and Shepard can either stop her or let her do it. This way all the players can have what they want. If they want to keep imagining what she looks like keep the mask on. If they want to finally see her face, they can. Now once again not everyone will be happy with what they see but the end result will be more people getting what they want.
I for one want to see her face. I need to see it. I hope she does look a bit human but I also want her to be different and exotic. However as long as she isnt butt ugly i will be happy. The last thing I want is to take off her mask and find out i have been boning a predetors ugly cousin the whole time.
