I've always been fond of the Citadel exchange between Tali and Garrus in ME2:glenboy24 wrote...
This might very well be overly tread ground, but, speaking of Tali and her Lines 'O Cuteness or Hiliarity, what are some of the best lines, in your respective opinions, that best encompass Tali's Cuteness in the series thus far.
Garrus: Do you ever miss those talks we had on the elevators?
Tali: No.
Garrus: Come on. Remember how we'd always ask you about life on the flotilla? It was an opportunity to share!
Tali: This conversation is over.
Garrus: Tell me again about your immune system.
Tali: I have a shotgun.
Garrus: Would you like me to calibrate it?
(Okay, so Garrus didn't actually say that last line, but he totally should have)

*spoiler* I just mean... not having anyone else like you around.
Doesn't seem to bother Liara.
But she can eat their food.
Okay, toughest mission.
Horizon.
No fair! I hadn't joined up with you yet.
I might as well bring up the krogan battlemaster we fought back on Therum while you waited on the Citadel.
Fine. That dead Reaper, then.
Really? The husks just ran up to us.
Have you ever noticed that I carry a sniper rifle? You're the one who likes things at short range.
And you prefer to keep everything at a distance.
Exactly.
Wait, what?
From husks? Absolutely.
Creepiest thing we fought?
The Thorian.
Those bugs in the Collector swarm.
But wait, what did you mean?
I didn't mean anything.
Your turn.
I'm going with the rachni.
The queen? But we didn't fight her. Um, either time.
The queen? Or that breeder thing the Reapers were using?
The queen?
No, the little ones. They look like spiders, and they scuttle right toward you.
I thought you liked it when things got up close and personal.
I guess it depends on who it is.
Not when it's spiders.
So no regrets over fighting the Reapers on a human ship?
Hey, the Normandy's design was part turian, remember?
You know what I mean.
Nah. Somebody has to keep you from giving all the dextros a bad name.
That's right. I remember you chastising me on behalf of my species, for losing our homeworld to the geth.
I never said that.
Would you like me to send you an audio recording?
No, I hate listening to recordings of myself. My voice never comes out right.
That's right, you thought the quarians were homeless beggars.
Well, now you've got your homeworld back. Problem solved.
Hmm.
Listen, about what I said...
Forget it.
No. I was wrong. I was young, and... I was wrong about your people.
Oh... and about you.
Oh... Thanks.
I guess losing Palaven put things in perspective.
Yeah, you could say that.
How about you? You ever mind serving on an all-human ship?
It's not all human... as long as you're here.
Somebody has to stick around to keep you in line.

Oh, and if you're going to quote, be aware of that the color code will disappear, so either type it in again or erase the spoiler.

With my engineer MaleShep (this is my "canon"shep, who romanced Tali), I tended to use Ashley/Liara in ME1 again for the balance. I love Tali (as you know), but when playing as an engineer having her in the party is kind of redundant.
Then there was Legion's loyalty mission, where I took Tali along just for the lols. Three tech-specialist power team for the win! We couldn't fight our way out of a paper bag but those engines have never been cleaner!

In ME2 though, I honestly found no reason to run a biotic at all so Tali and Garrus were always by my Soldiers side. I never found a reason in 2 to use a biotic with my playing style.
I do hope that in ME3, we are not forced to wait to pick up Tali as we were in ME2. In that respect, I am a bit disappointed that not all players will be able to add their favorite members to the crew but I also understand the need for reduction. I'm just so damned happy though that Tali and Garrus ARE on the squad. And, to be honest, they should be as they started the series and should be able to end the series on the Normandy.

I always thought, since I found out that in ME3 that there would be a chance to take back Rannoch, that it should be a pretty pivotal/emotional moment in the series. Were I to pick a soundtrack to go along with the victory and subsequent armistice, this would be it. Include a de-masking scene as the tempo picks up, where everyone can breathe the homeworld air for the first time in their lives. Culmination of romance arc. Pure. Utter. Sap. I can admit I have a pretty big soft side at least.
I like to see these games for what they are -games- and not allow myself to get too wrapped up in the story that I end up caring *too* much. In that respect I've continued to maintain my sanity, but in this medium with a compelling story (the most so far, out of everything since the late 80's) that I can actually influence there aren't any shortage of debilitating, googly-eyed moments of pure sappiness. The d'aaaaww moments can at least be used as ammunition, when I can turn to the gf and give her the same ridiculous (albeit highly exaggerated) facial expression that I get aimed at me when she sits us down to watch yet another variation of Pride and Prejudice or the Scarlet Pimpernel.

I would use this music for that moment. The unmasking happens at the culmination of the first part, with Shepard and Tali watching a Rannoch sunset with the other quarians coming up behing them. Then as the music changes it switches to a rebuilding montage showing all our favourite characters picking up their lives again in the wake of defeating the Reapers. Credits roll, everybody's happy, the ultimate paragon ending.Unschuld wrote...

I totally wouldn't write it that way if I was on the creative staff, but since I'm not, I can make my imagination as sappy and cliché as I damn well please!

For my femsheps, I want Tali to live nearby and set combat drones against ranting batarians and things like that ;D

It's even more likely with the newest addition to the team, who is also leaning towards the tech side.
I'd imagine that that dialogue has been altered too, because that one place we all know about (and some even hate), they might not talk about the first time they visited it.
Topsies!

Hot damn, that is fantastic! I assume this is banter between them while on a mission? I'm excited if this is the level the banter is at in ME3.

No, I think that's on the Normandy.
Many squadmates seems to either walk up to each other and start talking or they'll have dialogues like this in different locations.
I hope it's on the Normandy. Less chances of getting interrupted that way.

I have to say that it's pretty exciting to think of squad members putting around the ship and having conversations. At the same time though, I would prefer if certain squad members didn't randomly bump into me and instead remained in their little nooks below the stairs.
You'll be notified by EDI if they've changed location to, say...the lounge, so that's no biggie.

With tranquilizer darts and duct tape, since my usual methods using rags soaked with ether don't work for people wearing respiratory equipment.
