The strongest Quarian alcoholic beverage there is, of the very short list (Not many Quarians open up a distillery on pilgrimmage). Surprisingly, even stronger than any Turian concoctions. It is simply called, "Keelah".

Mix that w/ a shot of Se'lai and you've got yourself a party.

Ah, so quarians are all alcoholics. Explains everything.

Anyone else notice that the topics in other character discussion/support/whatever threads usually involve talking about said character's personality, choices, what they'd do if placed in certain situations, etc (Not going to mention the nude fanart spam or "my-character-is-better-than-errbody-even-Shepard" content)?

Whereas we only ever talk about Tali's suit, what she could look like, and why she shouldn't be an Admiral?

Just sayin'.

Not every fanthread. I've lurked in the Miranda thread, and it's mainly talking about how her character's been butchered in ME3 and complaining about how small her role is. Since the leak, anyway.

While we of course have nothing to whine about in those departments.^_^

I know it's bad, but I can't help laughing at Mirimancers who go around acting all pissy because she (or supposedly ... I haven't read the leaks) got some sh*tty role in ME3.

They have every right to be disappointed that their favorite NPC didn't make it into an active role in ME3.   I'd be unhappy about it too.

Where I lose all sympathy is when the fans of one character express their displeasure in the form of petty, pissy, pathetic, raging little hate-fits directed at other characters and the people for whom those other characters are favorite.

Didn't some cut line for the Citadel groundskeeper mention that Quarian ale was made of antimatter?

(Of course, that wouldn't work in reality but I bet it was supposed to be described as "being so strong it was like drinking liquid antimatter")

Believe it or not, every time a Quarian says farewell, the recipient is required, by tradition, to go find some hard liquor and get sh!tfaced. Sadly, Shepard isn't aware of this fact, though it's quite clear why this tradition has survived even the uprising of the Geth.

Feel free to start a new topic then. I assure you most of the topics have been covered, quite a few times actually.

Don't know if you were around for it, but we actually had people complaining that we talked too much about more exploratory topics about tali, and some of the silly ones we did for fun.

Oh yeah? OH YEAH?

Um... What would be the first three things to go through Tali's mind while on a ferris wheel?

Yeah! Bet you haven't heard that one! Discuss. (Arcian, you may want to look away now)

I think I remember that. Wasn't there some guy who went crazy and made a long post of stupidity over it? I'd try to find and link it, but I'm afraid it's buried far too deep now.

Ah, always knew she would have good taste.  A nice snifter of brandy always hits the spot.

I'd love to go drinkin' with a quarian. Shepard taking helmet shots off tali, tali so drunk she smacks legions ass while yelling "want some more". Mass effect is fun.

Well, I *was* waiting for the engineer-thought response, so yeah. That's that.

Though, I will say that it would probably cause death to users before it reached Tali's optimal speed...

If Tali somehow made it to earth, or another colony that might have a ferris wheel, I am sure her mind would be more on general earth culture and festivities (plus not being able to eat cotton candy or popcorn) and be nervous. :P

Tali on earth... Those hands would be trembling. But if she had a chance to walk into a open field with flowers on a clear day she may enjoy it.

Happy to oblige. Did you know that the Ferris Wheel was designed as a means of transportation, but it never really went anywhere? *ba-dum-tish* Posted Image

@sitesunseen: I now have an image of Tali coming to Tokyo (which is where I live) and going "wow, and I thought the Migrant Fleet was crowded".

Emergency food rations?  :)

Seriously though, food would be her biggest concern seeing as I doubt there would be any turian restaurants on earth.
Besides, why bring Tali to Earth?  Boring place.

Well, it's not boring now that there are Reapers around.

New Terra, Eden Prime or Elysium would be better. Show her growing communities, not stagnant slums. She has seen enough of those.

Earth is home for some Sheps. Since we got to see the Rayya, turnabout seems fair play.
