Well, to be fair to the fans, BioWare really screwed up on this one.  ME2's LI scene was the perfect place to show her face.  Now, 2 years later, BioWare is the only one to blame for this fiasco.

That was BW trolling Tali's fans.

And I still stand by what I said.  BW caused the problem.  They need to fix it.
Reveal her face, accept whatever flames/love come their way and move on. 

This is most likely what they will have to accept.

I completely agree with Calinstel, and have for a a long time;

Its a kinda like the fiasco with Ashley's casual outfit (With the thigh high boots.) we had not too long ago. Bioware was getting flamed left and right with comments about her appearance, because at the time we had no evidence she looked any different. Then BAM, they finally release a snap of Ash in full armor (Never mind that I personally think she still looks too skinny in it.) and in one day, nearly all the hate comments stopped.

Its not hard Bioware; you keep people in the dark long enough and they'll go crazy.

PS: Oh! And about the "Grey face" Tali picture we've seen in the last few pages; I like it. It's a little.... Plain for my tastes, and I still desperately want an alien race ASIDE from humans to have hair (Batarians don't count, due to the game's limitations they might as well have no hair at all.) but I think its a step in the right direction.

And as for the glowing eyes, I think that picture is less extreme than others I've seen, in fact, in that picture I think you could say its just the light reflecting off of them. Like the things cat's have? Tapetum lucidum? It would kinda make sense; isn't Rannoch's sun less bright than Sol? If Bioware's reaching for excuses I think that one's good as any.

Dude, I do hope there is an option to not reveal her face in the game, with an option to take off the mask (dialog option). But I WILL take it off...

I still hate what Bioware did and I'm still killing Ashley.

By all means, she's a crater back on Virmire in my playthrough.

But to squeeze in a bit of Tali into this post; I'm sure its been covered somewhere in this thread (After over 400 pages I'd be surprised if it hadn't.) What's the general feeling about quarians having hair? I personally would love it to happen, if only so that humans weren't the only ones in the galaxy that have it.

Well, the devs have confirmed that there will be different outfits that gives the squadmates different stat bonuses, so there's a possibility.

Since this was anounced I have been thinking about how they could have different looks reflecting different stats on the outfits. These are of course therortical sets with theoretical bonuses coming from someone who has no idea what would be balanced or not.

Perhaps the defalt (normal suit look but with a bit of armor like in  the AAP) would give (+15% Tech Power and +10% Power Durations)

Another set could be much more heavily armored. (gives +5% HP,  +5% Shields, +5% Weapon Dmg, and +10%Tech power)

While another could have no armoring, but instead look s like is has alot of tech equiptment on it. (-10% HP, -5% Shields, +15% Duration, +20% Tech Powers, +10% Tech Cool-down Reduction)

Another could be a like the orginal suit, but with a different style of armoring and cloth decorations (maybe a different color scheme aswell ( +20% Duration, +10% Cooldown Reduction, -5% Tech Power Strenght)


This is just my idea of how the sets could possibly work.

Regarding quarians, yes I think they have hair. Inside their suits, nope. Back on their planets, yep.

You forget of Tali's fire suit. It gives +200% strenght to Tali pounce.

I too wish to see other quarians.  Male quarians as well if for nothing more than to understand the differences in the quarian helmet/masks.

Tusks would actually be kind of cute and different, especially if it's just for the guys  We can sort of see that they have a humanlike nose through the helmets, but I wonder if their eyes really do glow???  I think it'd be awesome
