You could always start and encourage said "mature" discussion if you actually wanted some. Otherwise I fail to see how what you are doing is any different from what you are perciving what SWM is doing.

How do you guys think they are going to balance the power options between Tali and the other tech available?

In ME1 Tali was a pure tech, but had powers like Carnage (boy, do I miss that one) which made her pretty flexible on the battlefield.
In ME2 we had a total of 4 pure techs available, where Tali'Zorah was the most accomplished in hacking. Because of this she got powers that pretty much limited her use mostly to synthetics (until energy drain OFC). On the opposite side we had techs like Mordin, more accomplished at causing physical damage to both armor and health with fire and cryo-genetics.

With only one other tech available this might change however. From what I've read, the new tech's natural abilities seem to compliment the role Tali had in ME2 better than she did.
So what role will Tali get in ME3? Will she finally get the firepower to hold her own against organics again? Is my beloved Carnage at her disposal once again?

In this I both understand and symphathize with you and all the other character fan bases.  While I can honestly see why BW want's to bring the original crew back to the fold, I was surprised to see that the current LI of each individual Shepard was not available.

Yes, monetarily I can understand but BW did that to themselves. 

Even though Tali was stated to be a permanent, wait, not permanent, um... permanent but not (Yeah, that's it) member, I do believe the other characters could have been given the same status.  Again, it falls to money and paying all the VA's to record all the lines is something they did not want to do.

BW created more characters than they could handle.

I think it could be a totally new power, that Shepard can unlock as a bonus power. Bioware makes new power for Liara and Garrus, that Shepard can't have at the start. I'd expect something similar for all the other squadmates.

I've lost count of the number of times she got logically and verbally owned in other threads and just had to get the last word in. It comes with her delusion that posting alot here makes your opinion correct and respected.
