You want shepard to do everyting- and in doing so are willing to sacrifice the very characters we love to the degredation of your sexual pleasure.  You think everyone should be able to sleep with whoever they want to sleep with when in the end Tali as a character may just not be that into you.   

And the Mass Effect universe is a singular universe with a single cannon story that only certain parts have yet been revealed.  

And yeah I do naturally assume everyone Hetero until otherwise stated.  Because that is pretty much the default sexuality of humanity on Earth.  You know.  The planet where I assume the authors of the Mass Effect Universe live.

You're mixing what you'll want to continue with what the writers may want... they are not even here. Characters aren't destroyed by their sexuality, that's BS.

And degradate her for my sexual pleasure? What sexual pleasure? I'm a bisexual male, who doesn't even gets a twitch on his penis while seeing two women kissing each other.

Does it bothers you that much to picture Tali with another female? I thought that people liked tali for her personality, not because she seems to like dick.

If consistency is what bothers you. You should be complaining about the lack of morals in every character. It doesn't matter if you are a renegade or just an ****, she still sees you as "White Knight".

Nope, if she is a Lesbian that is who she is. I would be mildly dissapointed but I wouldn't rage about it.

Personally I just find the current level of Shepardsexuality on the Normandy to be high enough without making everyone bi as well. Was really immersion breaking in DA2 having everyone except for my damn sister and the dwarf trying to get in my pantaloons.

I'm not talking about raging...just being bothered...like disappointed or not being able to enjoy the romance as much...etc.

I haven't seen anyone raging over lack of Tali f/f romance.

I wish. Varric would have been a great romance. Whatever orientation they would have given him.

Anyway, I thought the only character who tried to initiate anything in DA2 was Anders (which was a little annoying, what with the forced rivalry points and all); everyone else, Hawke had to take the first step.

I'm pretty sure Isabella tried to hit on me, although I only did bother playing through that game once. Anyways... back to Tali.

I agree with mauro2222, why do people think that whatever tali's sexual preference is that it is so crucial to her character that if it turns out she is bi/straight or REALLY into volus, that her character will be ruined. People should just relax and just love tali.

Well, is not that ridiculous. You could say that it was difficult for her to approach FemShep, because in the Migrant Fleet, reproduction is the top priority, so same sex relationships are forbidden. This means that, she wasn't just breaking the rules by being with an alien, but double breaking them by being with a female. Hyper mega Taboo.

She is already in a taboo relationship by being with Male Shepard, so it's not gender that's the problem.

Nope.  Wouldn't bother me at all.  I'd still like tali, she just wouldn't be my romance option.  In fact I'd probably play Mass Effect with no romance in that situation.  Wouldn't overly bother me.  That would have been the character she was created to be.  Not a character who was changed at the end of a series just to appease some fans.

I never said characters are destroyed by their sexuality, if that is what it sounded like to you then I apologize.  I mean to say that suddenly changing a characters sexuality destroys that character.  

I meant sexual pleasure over all not just for you but for all mass effect fans that want tali to be bi.  You refuse to put out any actual arguments and just debate by pointing out your own sexuality and how I must be obsessed with sex because her personality wouldn't change if she was bi and that we love her for her personality.  She has already been painted in the series as not being like that.  To suddenly make her bi would destroy the painting of her character up until this point.  She felt no want to make a move on shepard in 2 games.  Why would she suddenly feel differently in Mass Effect 3.  Did she suddenly wake up one day and decide, "You know what I do like Femshep in that way." That isn't logical and it doesn't make sense.  

And I am not the one for whom everything ends in sex for me.  I would have preferred a Mass Effect 3 with NO new romance options in which only existing relationships and friendships were strengthened.  Your the one that wants Tali and whoever else to be bi so that other shepards can romance whoever they want.  Nevermind if that romance goes against how that character was supposed to be.  

After all as long as we can sleep with whoever we want who cares?  Am I right?/sarcasm

That is a very irrational fear with no basis.
