My thoughs are that made the two of them not-romanceable in ME3 is not a wise move for both of the characters , especially for Tali , since we all know the build-up and the topics of her romance .

Is not about Tali/Garrus hate really , i don't like the idea just like you ,so i simply will not get this option in almost any of my run, problem solved ; but let them return just to make their dextro romance canon cutting Shepard off , well , it's quite disappointing.

But , like i said before , we have to wait , it's all speculation now.

Your logic makes little sense to me. Especially since Garrus doesn't even have a crush on femshep, nor is he even attracted to her.


In fact that is why I like Garrus' romance so much, it gives us a look at turian culture that doesn't feel like a human culture.

Your reply makes little sense to me. Especially since I was referring to Garrus only in reference to Tali.

If Shepard is female, Tali does not develop a crush on her (this is logical, as quarian sex triggers are likely similar to humans'). Since, in ME3, Tali appears to fancy Garrus, one could claim it a progression starting from ME1. If Shepard is male, however, Tali develops feelings that (evidently) endure 2,5 years. One could also argue that she simultaneously developed feelings for Garrus, but in a half year period, it still comes off as space whalish.

Regardless, the entire interspecies attraction thing is just an absolute casserole of nonsense.

Oh! And I honestly don't know why there are so many people against a Tali/Garrus relationship. (Don't get me wrong, no one touches her in my games but me! Lol.) But if she had to be romanced by someone other than me, Garrus seems like the best match. Who else would she go to? Kal? I really didn't see anything there except a business type respect. It could be worse, she could have been romanced by someone else.... Like Jacob or something.

Agreed. I think Garrus is perfect and no other squad mate is as close to Tali as Garrus and Shep.

I didn't mean to complain the Garrus/Tali thing since i will watch this romance on youtube and nothing more.
I just say that make the two of them not  romanceable in ME3 just for make canon their NPC romance it's a little shame , since i was planning , on my new runs, to romance both of them only in ME3,besides nothing is certain right now so i can stll hope  .

It'll be interesting to see whether or not squadmates in ME3 will still have "pre-determined" weapon loadouts or if we'll be able to configure which weapons they get to carry instead. For me, if the latter was true, I'd probably give Tali her standard shotgun along with an SMG:

Tali's initial loadout in ME2 was SMG and shotgun, but I'd guess that they changed it because it would have made her only effective against shielded enemies and synthetic ones.

That was mentioned in a pic for the Game informer article, but it may just have been a "doctored" pic by BW just for the magazine to make the character/s look more impressive, bad@ss, etc.

Hmm, that's too, didn't consider that possibility - the in-game SMGs in ME2 were worthless against armor, until the Locust SMG in Kasumi's DLC mission came along.

I wanted to say that i like better have both of them romanceable in ME3 wihout carrying the relationship every time from ME2 .
Also , if this thing is not possible due to their romance , it's a little shame,not a tragedy ,obviosly  .

I tell ya, Tali has got to have a mean "kung Fu Grip" for those two fingers to balance a weapon like that. She's a little intimidating in that image. And I like it.

I always go soldier in my class because I have to use assault rifles. I hope that you can give your teamates different types of weapons on ME3, maybe after they use a certain type for a while they get better with it?

same with me. sometimes i go engineer, but those are the only 2 ive truly played. everytime i chose adept or some other class, i use the save editor to change back to soldier. i like my guns
