**GAMEPLAY SPOILERS**highlight to read**
Energy Drain
2nd Rank
Recharge x% increase to recharge.
3rd Rank
Damage x% increase to damage.
4th Rank
Damage x% increase to damage.
OR
Impact Radius x% increase to impact radius.
5th Rank
Drain Adds x% to shields restored when draining shields, barriers, or robotic enemies.
OR
Recharge Speed x% increase to recharge.
6th Rank
Damage x% increase to damage.
OR
Armor Draining shields, barriers, or robotic enemies gives you a temporary layer of armor that reduces all incoming damage by x% for x seconds.
The first four ranks of Energy Drain are pretty similar to how it was in ME2, but the 5th evolution "Drain" and the 6th evolution "Armor" really add a lot of survivablity to Tali (and whoever else has ED as a power) with Drain increasing the amount of shields the character has (not sure if this is a permenant boost for the mission duration or until the shields have been drained) and Armor providing a temporary reduction to all damage for a certain amount of time from using it.
Combat Drone
2nd Rank
Recharge Speed Increases the recharge speed of this power by x%
3rd Rank
Shields Damage Increases your Combat Drone's damage by x% and shields by x%.
4th Rank
Shields Damage Increases your Combat Drone's damage by x% and shields by x%.
OR
Detonation Upgrades your Combat Drone so it causes a massive explosion when it is destroyed, doing x points of damage to all targets within x meters.
5th Rank
Shock Upgrades your Combat Drone with a short-range shock attack that does x points of damage in a x meter radius. This attack can also stun enemies for a short time.
OR
Shield Damage Increases shield damage that the drone inflicts by x%.
6th Rank
Rocket Upgrades your Combat Drone with long-range rockets that do x points of damage in a x meter radius.
OR
Chain Lightning Upgrades your Combat Drone's basic attack so the electric pulse jumps to x additional nearby targets.
With "Shock" and "Rocket" evolutions, your Combat Drone could pretty much handle both long-range and short-range enemies, while "Chain Lightning" would more benefit a drone that engages close-combat.

I've started helping Fathom72 over in the "ME3 Powers" thread sift through the leaks for information on the evolution ranks for powers and while I was combing through the Tech Powers, I came across the evolutionary paths for Tali's two most recognizable powers from ME2 - Combat Drone and Engery Drain.

There has been discussion about whether or not Tali's romance subplot has Shepard being the "White Knight" in the relationship. Well, after reading this article, I would like to see what everyone's opinion on this is.

Shepard's definitely not the "White Knight" in the context of that two page article. There are many emotionally unbalanced issues detailed there, and many aspects of that kind of relationship that aren't present in any way in the Shepard/Tali romance in Mass Effect 2.
I would say that Shepard is the "White Knight" in a strictly literal sense, though. After all, half of the squadmates in the Mass Effect series face certain peril before Shepard comes to ask them to join the Normandy. Tali even mentions this in a sarcastic manner, but it becomes clear she was joking after she elaborates the true reasons that she admires and loves you later in her conversation path.
I think the "White Knight" problem in the psychological sense could have better parallels drawn to perhaps the Jack romance, where you are basically trying to save her from her anger at everything with your love.

While Jack's romance path is one of my favorite romance paths in the series, it certainly has that "White Knight" feel to it. Same can be said about Merrill's rivalmance in DA2.

Reaching out and trying to help her or Merril's self-destructive dedication to the Marethari clan isn't bad in and of itself, it's just that as the article explains, there could be subconscious psychological motivations beneath the surface of your "rescuing" that would belittle your loved one as a person, and belittle yourself as well.
The line that gets crossed is, basically, what makes a person "wrong" or "in trouble" and what makes a person "fixed" or "saved"? The lesson to learn is that you can't make those decisions about someone else yourself, and that you can't let that person become dependent on you to be the person that fixes them. The relationship becomes unhealthy the moment obligation becomes involved.
More on topically... How about that Tali?

Suddenly, SNOW EVERYWHERE!

Hmmm, she just looks a tad bit too masculine. Changing the jaw shape or the chin might make her look more feminine.Atemeus wrote...

And if so, I'll just make sure I look around in my bedroom closet to see if I could find any of the cares I would have.
(I would actually find no cares anywhere. There would be no cares.)

I've got a few cares stashed away somewhere since there's some inconsistency between that design and what we supposedly know for fact about Quarian anatomy thus far, but it's not the end of all days. I mean, I still like the FemShep/Garrus relationship too and he's a mandible-y exoskeletal reptile dude.

Any Idea when the Rannoch mission is taking place? Beginning of the game or middle?
I'd say around the middle.

I think the idea is similar to ME1 with Eden Prime > Citadel > Your choice of the first three big storylines.
In the same way, ME3 has The Trial and the beginning of the Reaper War > Spoiler **** happens > A different place where spoiler **** happens > Your choice of a few big storylines
It's comparably just a bit more, but not much more of a wait to recruit Tali in ME3 than it is to recruit Liara in ME1, I think.

From my interpretation I actually see it as possibly fairly early in the middle, too.
