Here, here! That sounds like an excuse to dump a new fan-art from DA. This one is of the old familiar Space-Drow Elf variety.
*snip*
As Alienmorph mentioned in a group yesterday, this picture just screams
"Come at me, bro. COME AT ME. I'M STANDING RIGHT HERE, COME AT ME BRO."
I guess that's supposed to be blood on her face... or something. That's probably one of those designs that would enrage the "those-who-hunt-space-elves" group, but I couldn't say I'd be too disappointed. I don't think the jaw looks manly at all, it's not broad enough. The chin is just a little pronounced/long so it's fine.

There has been discussion about whether or not Tali's romance subplot has Shepard being the "White Knight" in the relationship. Well, after reading this article, I would like to see what everyone's opinion on this is.
I read this article expecting hilarity, but actually it was a pretty in-depth analysis. Sadly, I've seen a few of my friends commit this sort of thing, which ended up being really pathetic and painful to watch.
As for Shepard/Tali, that depends. If anything, I'd say the Jack romance subplot is
much more fitting to that sort of catergory though. However, Shepard's motivations aren't really his/hers. They're the players'. We don't really get to "see" inside his/her head to reveal Shepard's motivations in the way that you would with a character in a book or a movie. Shepard's motivations and thought process are projection of
your own reasons and motives to why Shepard does things in the game.
If your "head canon" is attracted to Tali
because she's tried for treason, or
because she has daddy issues, or
because she's a bubble girl and you want to assuage those difficulties with Shepard's penis then yes, Shepard's relationship with her could be said to be a "White Knight" sort of thing. Same goes for just about any other romance character in the game (Though from the dialogue Miranda seems more like a notch in the bedpost kind of thing). It is what you make it.
