I'm wondering if they have a male quarian available somewhere.
Why bother with a male? Just play as a female. You'll get more positive attention from the other players!^^;

I thought Chakwas was the only crewmember that couldn't get turned into a reaper slurpee? Or can she also die if you don't provide an escort back to the ship?

Random tali face pic. I like how its more alien than most human designs, but I also dislike it because it still feels too human. Probably because of the hair. Also it makes her seem a bit old, kinda like chakwas. Doesn't fit her at all.
*le cougar Tali snip*
This. Has to be the exactly right face for her. Consider her voice and the fact that she is a kind of sturdy alien. This fits very well. I think anyway.
Some of the features could be implemented to good effect... namely the textures only. The facial structure looks gaunt just like a 50+ year old human woman (in good shape). The hair color adds to this, and is also a bit off-putting. I'm not saying this in terms of unattractiveness, but for the sake that this model looks so much like a human that the mind instantly thinks "old". I don't consider myself in the "anti-space elf" or "recolored human" factions, but rather would just like to see whatever Bioware wants to present it like regardless. Either way I'm interested to see which way they go.
Simply for the sake of arguement, who's to say that being locked up in a suit for a few generations will make you look like an albino? Considering all the other ridiculous advances in technology in the ME universe, why would it be implausible for Quarians to have implemented some supplimental systems that give their bodies the required nutrients (i.e. vitamin D, if it works even the same way)? Being as tech-savvy as they are, and how many other miraculous life support mods they have, it would seem like an incredibly illogical oversight.

I seen on the front page of the thread you can't discuss quarians in general, thats surprising giving Tali is so closed tied to her species; and how her, and the quarians fate are tied together.

That's likely put there to discourage geth vs. quarian debates.schemata wrote...

NO! we will see her face dammit!XenoAlbedo wrote...
For some reason, part if me doesn't want to see her face and wants to continue imagining it. The other part wants to see what it is actually intended to look like.

Again, haven't read the leaks but just what I noticed from Me2 there may be a possible future where both the quarians and the geth co-exist. Another piece of information I thought was suprising is that even though the Geth don't enter the quarian homeworld (not so sure on that part) Legion said they do "maintain it" ...for reasons he's not even sure about.
Which had kind of lead me to believe the quarians may be able to adapt fairly quickly to their homeworld. Which brings me back to seeing Tali and the quarians, and it just might happen. What I also thought was pretty cool was the fact that one of Tali's main desires, or goals- is to simply want a home, and the ability for them to get out of their suits. In the face of the reaper threat this might seem minute but for me it brought home what, it is exactly your fighting for.
Once they get there home I wonder how they'll adapt, I don't mean in the literal sense. But having been in suits their whole lifes and abroad starships; creating an intense need for socialization; wonder if that will transfer over to their new way of life on their homeworld.
Edit: Top means pics

It would only make sense to show her face or at least some quarian. This way it would be easier to make more ME games. That way we would know what they look like. Also, it really wouldnt be that difficult to design her face. One option would be to just model her after Ash Sroka and make her more alien looking.Sandbox47 wrote...
But alright, if some want to see her face desperately while others would be furious about it, what should BioWare do? Is an option not to see her face in game plausible?

Kid, came to some middle ground and offered just seeing a quarians face. I think they are kind of in a bind. I personally let the story they write, override any kind of canon in my head, so I think the best bet would be to show quarian/talis face. If there going to keep on with this universe they may have to eventually, mise well be now..
The practical side to me, tells me that they won't show her face, and claim a mysterious allure angle when in reality there being sissy's and don't wanna upset anyone. (have a feeling those who want to see her face, would be less upset not getting to, than those that don't, and don't like her apperance for whatever reason.)

No, as her face will be plastered all over the internet as soon as her face is revealed.
After the way bioware trolled the fanbase with ME2's love scene, I would be VERY annoyed if they didn't show her face however.

They should stop letting the fans dictate Tali. (and Garrus too)

aquantences/etc (especially since that's suppose to be such an intimate act for a quarian).
Plus, for the players with a Shepard/Tali romance, seeing her face would be much more of a reward for those of us who pursued and romanced her starting in ME2.

I agree with this; I don't care all that much if they show her face or not, but if they do, it should only be if romanced. Everybody else can just look it up on the Internet if they want to see it.AVPen wrote...
I still maintain that the only time Tali's face should be revealed in ME3 is with a Shepard who romanced her - it would really makes no sense for her to reveal her face to a non-romanced Shepard or other squadmates/

I agree but all the other people would say "Give me choice Bioware!" or "Equal rights!" or some sh*t like that.

Count me in as well; that way, new players could have the mystery that we all enjoyed in ME1, (Until they spoil themselves on google.) while those of us who've been patiently waiting all this time, finally get our answer.
Its not like anyone would be getting robbed, its one of the few ways I think Bioware could satisfy everyone.
