I know, and it's still getting me a tad annoyed. <_< They already confirmed that she's a squadmate, so why no reveal so far? (beyond 3 or so random screenshots)

Either they really are changing her design somehow (for me, that's doubtful and would be a bit of a shame since I love her ME2 design) or they're deliberately trolling her fanbase trying to "hype" us up for seeing her again.

There are loads and loads of characters in the ME series, ranging from "one-off" to "squadmate". Tali is among the top tier of characters given special attention. So statistically speaking, she probably *is* up in the 99th percentile. =P

Probably tweaking the design a bit. Trust me, the lack of exposure is a good thing. They're not "trolling" us. I personally still find it amazing how much of a beloved character Tali has become given her exposure it ME1, where to me she felt like she was just... there... and (honestly) forgettable. At least I didn't see it coming in the way that say, Garrus, has achieved massive popularity.
