I would say Tali is either neutral or "paragade."

In ME1, she sat in the middle of the paragon/renegade scale.

She was neutral in ME1, but seems pretty paragon since then. Although not pure paragon, of course. Garrus I've always thought of as neutral, as most of his personal missions seem to revolve around pushing him one way or the other morality-wise.

I've always thought of Garrus as Paragade because he does renegade ish things sometimes but for the good of others. and Tali is definitely leanning toward Paragon

No, that's not why he does it:
If you are a Paragon towards him, the Prothean starts to see the value of living a life beyond one solely devoted to killing the Reapers. If you don't or are a Renegade towards him (which is his original personality), then he sees his life as only being good for destroying the Reapers and nothing else, so at some point he takes Shepard to a place where he prepares to die.

Persuading him to be nicer to Liara is part of that.

Somehow this all sounds like horrible inneundos. 

Personally I like the soldier. Though the Quarian Engineer atleast in MP works great for aggressive play-styles.

It's almost amusing how much some of those Miranda fans go on about Tali. I think they're all convinced that Miranda was all set up for full squad status until Tali took her spot.

not at all. I love all the squadmates. tho I admitt team dextro and most of the aliens dominate the top tier of my favorites

Not really, a lot of times (particularly with squad mates) renegade just means being a **** to people. It differes depending on some choices but I would categorize Mr. Garrus as either Paragade or Renegon.

It's BW's fault. The introduced too many characters in ME2 and completely lacked the foresight that the majority of gamers would keep the entire squad a live in the SM.
