Once again, I am not saying what does and doesn't fit the character. I'd rather you not put words in my textboxes, please and thank you.
I'm only hoping that Bioware does take into account their original character designs rather than just adding sexuality flags to every character and saying "There! Done!".
I don't care if Tali is Bi. Or screws goats. It's irrelevent to me or my playthroughs. If Bioware says it's part of her character, then it is. I didn't write the character and therefore have no reason to say otherwise.
I didn't say you said it.
I see your point, I understand it, and maybe support it. But in romances, no... all of the players should be able to experience their favourite character trough a romance, it doesn't affect someone else game, and you could still be friends with them like if the romance was never created.
"...rather than just adding sexuality flags to every character and saying "There! Done!". I don't want that either, its lame writing.
They managed quite well with Kaidan, they could do it with everyone.
From a gamers perspective I entirely support everyone being able to play through how they like. It's for that very reason I don't really care which characters are Bi or not. In the end it's not going to change anything about my playthrough, and even if it did, it still wouldn't bother me.
But I still believe anything done to a character should be done from a writers perspective and not a gameplay one. It's the whole point of having a strong story.
If they do it with everyone you won't find me here complaining about it. Was just commenting on the illogical nature of it from the story standpoint. Of course, as they always say love is illogical. So perhaps it doesn't matter.

As much as I dislike these debates, I will say one thing. Only some of the new characters should be bi. None of the old ones should. They weren't before so why suddenly change? Plus it doesn't fit them at all.
"They weren't before so why suddenly change?" That's a lame excuse.

I would guess at the beginning, since she has dialogue when the team is on Rannoch.TheWerdna wrote...
I heard that the Quarian/Geth plot-line is one of the later mission chains of the story. Does Tali join as a squad-mate during the beginning of this plot-line? Or not until the end?

They've been too busy viral marketing Javik by "accidentally" releasing info to market ME3 Tali.AVPen wrote...

... also, I'm not sure I like the fact that every reponse I make ends up being about Javik (who am I kidding, I love it).

You should go into every fan thread and try and turn the conversation to Javik (I'm starting to get used to the name now). Would be interesting to see what happens.Arcian wrote...

Dialoge of Tali jusst being involved in the plot? Or dialoge of her during missions that can be switched out with other charecters?

Tali is a full squadmate, just in a situation where she might be recruited a bit later than the other squadmates due to her involvement in the geth/quarian plot.LordPennlocke wrote...
Lost all my ME1 and ME2 saves. Going to play through both like a madman the upcoming week. Haven't been here for quite awhile. So is Tali most likely going to be a temp squadmate? If so, then I am disappoint.
