Highlight for spoilerage...

Sooo.... Blew up Heretics = You basically can skip saving Zal'Koris, Rewrote Heretics = a smidge more Readiness but have to work a bit more in ME3. Sounds like a fair tradeoff.

Spoilage...

Well if you exonerated Tali and managed the Persuade in the Tali/Legion loyalty conflict in ME2, and do some quarian flag officer buttsaving in ME3, and do some specific Legion-related mission, that tallies up to 5/7 which is within the "Peace is possible". In addition, from what was said earlier, you get a smidge more Readiness as well.

My thoughts exactly, I too feel like I should leave the forums for a while, You know some Tali hater will to ruin it for some people.
Who know though maybe they won't want to play a whole play through romancing their most hated character.

I think no matter what she looks like she'll always be the adorable Tali to me. Doesn't mean I won't worry though...
Being anxious is much better then worrying, but knowing me I'll read one thing on a spoiler thread and freak out for the next couple of days to find out none of it was true. lol

Spoilage...

In the ME3 quest on Rannoch where you have to choose between either saving Admiral Koris or his men... I am betting that Kal'Reegar will be in the group of soldiers if he survived.  Great way to kill the hypotenuse Uriah-style if you're of that... erm... mindset...  , but would be an ideal place for a sadistic choice for the rest of us.
