Hey I have a problem that maybe you guys could help me with even though this is a Tali thread. Last weekend I started making a new mass effect 2 profile so I could have exactly what I wanted for mass effect 3. So far I am over halfway through a I thought I had what I wanted. However I started reading online and discovered that killing wrex and the rachni queen may have been a bad choice. I thought about making a new file but I can't do it in one weekend and I cant play during the week because I'm way too busy. Do you guys think those are major factors in mass effect 3 that will cause me to like die or fail in the end of the game and I should rush through the game this weekend? Or should I just continue with the other file because it won't be a big deal?

You could download a masseffect 1 save with a living wrex and just replay ME2 your own way, or go through gibbed editor and change your me1 decisions.

It has less to do with the romance sub plot and more about why - supposedly - no romance will work out for Shepard.

I think it has more to do with being railed into a specific ending regardless of what you've done up to that point when the game has been largely marketed on you being able to shape your own story through choice. It should at the very least be possible to achieve a positive outcome for you and your crew/LI, even if it is very difficult.

Somehow I was fearing this.. sIGH, This makes me outright sad :/, WHy would they do that? Freaking lame..

I mean, I see **** and bad things everywhere and I imagined if i'd do everything right, I'd have a happy ending. No house on rannoch.. **** dat man.

Am I the only one who feels like Bioware screwed up big time? I'd certainly want to hear why they made the endings so sobby. Meh..

Same here, i heard how sad the endings were, and broke down and finally looked at spoilers. I am really sad, why can't Shepard have just ended up on the random planet with his squadmates? I would be okay with that. I am honestly crushed...I was always going to be sad because the series was ending, but I had hoped for even a semi happy ending to midigate this feeling. Now I am just crushed, and sad.

My ethusiasm for the game is faded, which really angers me because I was really looking forward to it. Now I am struggleing to find the motivations to play and enjoy the game Now I fear the series will forever be ruined for me.

I was fearing this for so long, that I would be dissapointed, and the ending being so close to something I could accept makes it even worse.

I would take these spoilers with a grain of salt. This fellow spoiling everything is suppossedly under a NDA, but if he truly was he would allready be in breach of it.

Yes, that also burns my @ss <_< About the only thing I can do about it is when I eventually make my ME3 Fanedit Series, just edit a scene of Tali into the flashback instead.

Am I the only one willing to reserve my judgement on this until I have played it for myself and experienced a few of the endings? Because to be quite frank I'd rather experience it, THEN **** about it rather than reading it and ****ing before I've had a chance to play.

That said, if they don't fix that **** and Tali is replaced by Liara, I will not be best pleased...

Agreed. I will reserve judgement as I am truly, and highly suspicious that Bioware would be douche enough for the endings to be as sobby as people are saying. But If I do everything right, I ****ing damn well expect to get a nice cheesy ending I want..

I mean, many movies and **** end like that, and I want to forge my own friggin' happy story in this trilogy. That's what I've expected. I don't expect to have everyone alive and **** but I better get my house on rannoch scene..

I really hope this is like some old leak or smthing that they've changed or soemthing.. I guess I'll find out myself, since I don't wanna spoil myself before the game comes out. Heh..

I thought the guy couldn't tell you about what happened in the endings because of the NDA? He only gave a vague answer as to what happens with the "m" ending and etc.

Unless I am missing something?
