If they don't show her face I won't boycott the game (like so many people threaten to do), but I will be extremely disappointed. I nearly threw my controller during the romance when she removed her mask and I didn't get to see inside. So PLEASE Bioware, reveal her face in ME3. They could even make it optional for those that don't want to see it. An option at the beginning of the campaign like with that MW2 level, that says "Do you want to see Tali's face?" Make it possible to change in the options of course in case you change your mind.

i think its a bit to late for them to not show Tali's face, after that romance scene I was pissed that I did see what her face looked like (beautiful or not), again several people have come up with the best option here, let people make the choice of seeing her face at the beginning of the game that would solve everyones problem. Those who don't want to see it won't have to or even acitdently see it and those who do, can.

No matter what she looks like you're all going to be extremely disappointed. I'd rather they just not show any of the Quarians, the mystery is all part of the fun.

No, that option is dumb for a very obvious reason. I'm not going to tell you what that is. I want you to think long and hard about it.

if your not going to say it that means it isn't there or its not good enough to stand up on its own, there is nothing dumb about letting people have that option if you don't want to see it you don't have to and you can if you want to its that dam simple

Well it's pointless and a diversion of resources better suited to making the damn game, for one.

Trust me, you'll be disappointed either way. I'd rather be disappointed and keep the mystery around then disappointed and hearing RAEG for months because tali looks "wrong" or "alien".

Remeber how everyone was scratching their heads over what the reapers wanted after ME1? How much everyone wanted to know what they wanted with us organics? Do you remember the response of "Oh, they need us as a kind of blood...that's disappointing." Yeah, reality doth not compare to what we make up in our own minds. 
And I never said anything about attractiveness, just general disappointment that she's too alien/not alien enough/has a funny nose/ looks too much like X/ nothing like I envisioned when I wrote my fanfic, etc.

i doubt it will be that big or a resource hog, hell they could just cut out a scene or two or even black bar for those who really don't want to. I mean if one person can make a decent flash game in the span of a week i'm sure they can do something.

people think that about a lot in games, the dlc armour and weapons when even from the start you have many powerful ones already, that obscure merchant in that far out of the way dungeon which by the time you discover it you don't need anything it has, or even that new omni blade which people are wondering was it really worth it. You think its silly cause you made your choice of not wanting to see it and for me I really do, in my case I am trying to find a comprimise for everyone and not dismissing someone else's ideas as a silly waste.

You misunderstand. My reasons for wanting to see Tali's face have nothing to do with curiosity over what it looks like. I have no expectations, just a will to see and accept Tali for who she is and whatever she looks like.

There's already too many hints of what she looks like. At this point, to me, it's like quarians are half-finished or half-explained and I've got a nagging feeling that wants them to be finished, no matter how it ends up.
