Ok, enough people have seen the spoilers to show that I'm not trolling, and there's been visual confirmation of the endings in this thread showing just how buggered we are.

I have however, thought of one tiny, fragile sliver of hope;

Spoilers, obviously:

Ok, so Shepard definitely dies in all but one ending, where it's hinted they might have survived the Citadel exploding, and presumably their cybernetics didn't blow in one of the Destroy endings.

If it's possible to get Tali to remain with the flotilla, theoretically, if she survives the fleet battle with the Reapers, she might end up stuck in the Sol system with everyone else after the final battle.

She'd never see Rannoch again, but as long as enough of the live ships survive to keep the Quarians and Turians left behind alive, she'd at least get to be with Shepard, other Quarians and any of the other ME1&2 squadmates that weren't on the Normandy.

Of course, if we don't get a choice and she ends up recruited onto the Normandy no matter what, she's just going to starve to death anyway, and never see anyone outside of the crew of the Normandy ever again, whether Shep may be alive or not.

In which case I suspect she'd just kill herself in the hopes Garrus could survive with her share of the rations long enough to see a rescue, that she doesn't know can never come, or if Garrus isn't present, waiting till the foods gone, getting hammered on whatever booze is left before gargling buckshot.

Gods I hate the endings.

I still can't believe that people at BioWare can be this stupid. But apparently they think that fans will eat up anything they throw out. Well, they are going to learn that ruining a reputation is easier than building it. Probably not with the sales from this game, but assuredly for the next one.

It's quite amazing just how bleak they are. I absolutely love bleak endings and yet none of the hypothetical endings I came up with for the franchise are near as bleak as what Bioware have delivered. (except that one "Reapers win ending" I guess).

While I would never cancel a pre-order, should these endings turn out to be true I will be twice as disappointed as most people who pre-ordered the game. Why? Because I pre-ordered both an N7 Collector's Edition for XBox 360 AND a Digital Deluxe Edition for PC off Origin.

Here's to hoping these pseudo-spoilers are wrong. *tips glass*

Let's face it, sooner or later Garrus will have to eat her corpse. To make it easier on him the rest of the crew will probably handle that so Garrus doesn't have to think about it.

He'll be desperate by this point, nearly starving.

It will ony delay the inevitable.
