I'm not at all upset at the endings as implied by the spoiler anyways.
Mostly because I understood and agreed with the Theme Mass Effect had been leading up to in the entire series.
People, particularly the young, seem to be too focused on what matters just for them personally. "I want my shep to be with my LI." "I want to have full choice in my ending". All the complaints seem to be about Shepard and the crew, and wanting a good ending specifically for them.
But I don't think the story has ever really been about that. Sure, the stories are about these people and the journey they took. But the goal they worked for, sacraficed for, has never, ever been about them. It's bigger than them, much bigger about them.
Tali once said: "I don't think life is about what you deserve."
Sure, Shep, Tali, whatever LI's and the Crew deserved a better ending. But the story was never about that. It was about what the future they worked toward, not just for themselves, but for everyone. What they left behind for posterity.
I see where you are coming from, and I somewhat agree. I like the majorit of the endings, just there is one aspect I wish they would change; to simply put Shep on the same planet as the normandy crew in the ending where he lives

I think I will be fine with the spoiler endings if they are indeed what happens. I think more than anything, at least for me, it is the over all story that matters. As long as whatever ending we do get is well done in terms of story and execution then I have no complaints.
I think up until now most of my posts on the subject have been about how I don't think we should count what bit we have been told by some people should be taken for absolute fact. That being the case I do still leave the possibility open that they are indeed correct in what they have told us.
Mostly I just want an ending that fits with the story even if it isn't particularly happy and I want the things the player has done to set them on the path to that ending. I am hoping we have more options but even if not as long as it is well done I will have no complaints. Of course it will take me half a lifetime to beat the game a single time though. Several months I expect, just as two did.

If you tell Tali to stick with the Migrant Fleet, she is still a war asset in a sense, since she's leading a ship, is she not? Well, at the end of the game, everybody is stuck in the Sol System. Let's say you're Shep, blow up the Reapers, and you survive. OH WAIT, GUESS WHO'S STILL ON EARTH WAITING.
I'll give you a hint: she's kind of jumpy and purple is her favorite color.

This will, in turn, be made into the best repeating .gif evar.

in other words fellow talimancers make 2 saves one where you recruit her and one where you make her an asset theres out loophole
Pretty much. And this is a luxury that the Kaidanmancers, Ashleymancers, Garrusmancers, Liaramancers, etc. don't even get.
Bioware inadvertently gave Tali the most complete romance in the game. HA!

Dammit. Now I dont know what to do. I want to Tali to be safe at the end, and having shepard survive on earth with Tali would be awesome. But not having her with me throughout the game.. WTF.
Look on the bright side: Tali gets to hang with her people in their moments of triumph, then she gets to hang with Shep forever. I think that's a pretty happy ending. Separated for a long time, but they're able to get back together...sure beats getting separated forever IMO.

Supposedly someone on /v/ stated that you don't see Tali's face now.

What the heck is shep doing away from the crew anyways? actually don't answer that question. The only thing that is disturbing to me is the next 50 years after the end of the war, where whatever system that many many peoples are in will be depleted of resources. And people will start to starve, and then chaos and war will ensue.
I haven't read any of the endings for myself, but this is the general feel that I am getting from them.
You severely underestimate people's will to survive, their ability to grow and harvest resources, etc.
Hard meterials like metals might be difficult to come by, but renewable resources like food won't be impossible to come by.
And if you save the Quarian Fleet, their expertise will likely shine in showing people how to salvage the best out of limited supplies.
Live will go on. (Sure, some are going to starve, as you say, but others will definaty live on. Life has a way of being persistant like that.)

Thats insanely ironic. I dont have hate Liara but **** me, if these leaks are accurate then Bioware really loves her.jtav wrote...
The fate's also avoidable for the VS. So, if Garrus and Tali can be left where they are, that leaves Liara as the only doomed imported romance. The irony.

If Shep survives, he apparently finds his way to London. Where the HAMMER team is. Oh, and guess who's in the HAMMER team? Why, none other than the military assets. Except Talz, unlike the VS, doesn't break up with you for not recruiting her.
This was clearly not intentional by Bioware, but to expect a reunification of this duo isn't even far-fetched enough to be headcanon. Actually, it's pretty obvious...
