You talk about realism in a purely fictional universe. Now, that's interesting! However, I'm really too lazy to rehash our discussion about suspension of disbelief once again. So I will only add just a few more things.

In reality, whenever a plane crashes in the land of nowhere, the crew is pretty much doomed. I agree totally here. If the crew doesn't die because of starvation then they keep themselves alive via cannibalism. This happend in the past, it's history. But agan, Mass Effect is not a documentary. Its lore is not a scientific paper. It's just pure fiction, made up by some writers for the sole purpose of entertainment. it's entertainment! And I think that you and many others take the ME-Universe a way too serious now. No technology introduced in ME doesn't make any sense at all. ME violates physical laws constantly. I wouldn't call ME science fiction, as there is absolutely no realistic science involved at all. To me, it's just fantasy in space with aliens instead of orcs. And I really don't get it why some people take it so dead serious.

And by the way, the grandfather scene with child does also trigger when the whole Normandy crew dies. Now how the hell can the crew set up a colony when they are dead? No need to answer that, it's a rhetorical question. One plausible explanation to this is, that the planet we see in the grandfather scene is not the same planet the Normandy crashes onto. So all the **** about inbreeding and starvation ist just pure fanfiction made up by some pessimistic fans who can't enjoy a game made for entertainment.

Or let me put it this way. If Bioware wants to continue the story of Garrus and Tali, they will do so no matter what. And if they can't justify it with logic they do it with space magic, as they did many times before.

I'd say that it's a core game outfit, given the looks of the DLC one.

The helmet reminds me a bit of the concept art where a part of the helmet stuck out a bit from the hood and had a smaller visor. I liked that one.

The Collector's Edition comes with alternate outfits for Vega, Liara, Ashley and Kaiden. Then, it comes with From Ashes for free as well.

From Ashes itself has an alternate appearance for all of our squadmates, so the Collector's Edition comes with two different sets of alternate outfits, one of those sets isn't supposed to include Tali.

We've seen the "From Ashes" DLC outfit for Tali, and it doesn't look like this one at all. So unless the Collector's Edition outfits were expanded to include the other squadmates besides Vega, VS and Liara, then this is a core game outfit. (That's the conclusion I'm going with.)


It suits her potential role in Mass Effect 3 very well. The armor plating reminds me that her people are going to war, and the more regal air it gives off also helps to symbolize her promotion to Admiralty.

I suppose I should say once again that there are probably more endings due to that article I read as well as that there is the possibility space edition is missing some of the endings to prevent spoilers for everyone else and space edition will be patched to have these endings on March 6th... I hope. I also want to continue playing after beating the game.

There could have also been a non-disclosure agreement where they could only reveal certain things. This could be another reason only bad endings were revealed and no Tali face has been shown.

I thought the lens-flare would be much more and we'd only see a glimpse of her mouth or something. Good thing it's not like that.

And I like it quite a lot. Although I'm waiting to see her in my game too, to be 100% sure.

I am pretty disappointed and shall simply pretend that's not her. She looks way too human in that picture. Just a few wires on the neck. On another note, Best Buy screwed me over. 4 hours before release, they tell me, "Oh we screwed up your collector's edition pre-order but we have you on hold for regular edition." The following actions were taken: I said, "Nope!" Hung up, and downloaded digital deluxe. <_<
