On my second Playthrough, found another great moment...
When you finish Thessia, go down to the crew deck, Tali's looking at the Memorial. She says,

"Your the one who was right, all along. You fought, when no one else would. When nobody else believed you. And if that's not enough...you're also the man I love...Never forget that."

why cant I hug her...?

You have to see Tali on the Crew Deck first before you go and stop the Liara/Javik fight on the Engineering Deck.

Shepard's rape face was something i missed in ME3. I missed it a lot.

Oh yeah because it's impossible a kid who grew on Earth and then fought on Torfan had a hell of a life. Shepard's a soldier, and that's how I made him.

Certainly. I should mention I despise those who romance Ashley/Miranda/Liara just because they are hot. especially those who romance Miranda since she is just a crap character.

Compared to how deep Tali is as a character, I just don't see a damned reason to ever pick anyone else. Liara can come close I guess though.

After you talk to Liara you have to return to Tali if you wanna hear that phrase
