When Legion asks how many quarians Shepard has seen unmasked, Shepard says something along the lines of, "Uh...only one." Then Legion says something along the lines of that not being enough data to show quarians unmasked...I think.

The system you use to integrate into the computer uses data Shepard has on hand already in order to create what he sees. When Shepard asks why they are in suites, Legion responds with "How many Quarians have you seen unmasked", and gets back "Uh...one".

Legion explains that it is not enough data to re-create the quarian creators without suits. It'd be like saying you can think of what every human would look like after seeing one.

Might I just add how it's crazy that the little things(and big) in the Mass Effect series feel like it gets a massive grip on you and you're sucked in, wanting to know everything and anything there is to know about this series? It's amazing...

Yes, although the scene happens also if Miranda lives.

Paraphrase:

"How are you getting drunk?"

"That's a straw, Tali."

Lol love it so much. Also if you have Javik, she talks to him while she's still drunk. It's amazing.

The romance with Tali was great. My only regret is that for a mystery from first game, the photo was...plain? or perhaps I should say lazy done in photoshop. Still like her no matter the photo :] And about the "having kids" that I wrote 4 pages ago. Adoption is an option, that's true, but looking from biological and psychological point of view the kids get temper from their parents. So basicaly the primary character traits from Shepard and Tali wont be present in adopted child. To bad about Mordin in my storyline...maybe he could do something about this issue

I was originally happy with Tali's face after seeing it in-game. Going to these forums and finding the source photo from GettyImages doesn't change a damn thing in my opinion.

In regards to using a photo as a method of revelation... to be honest I was hoping for a bit more. I assumed that at least she and Garrus would receive extra treatment in their love scenes as did Liara and the VS. I imagine Tali's would go something like this:

As the romance theme plays, the scene begins where the original left off. In a quick series of shots with fading transitions, Shepard helps Tali remove her helmet, her face hidden from view. With her hands on his, Tali guides Shepard with affection. Veil removed and cables disconnected, Shepard gently holds Tali's head. 

New shot begins with our couple centered, both of their heads cropped out at the top of the frame. While Tali slowly runs her hands down his arms and sides, Shepard removes her helmet out of view. Tali's dark hair unravels over her suit. 

In a final shot centered behind Tali's head, Shepard puts his left hand on her right cheek (as to not block her face from the viewer). The camera orbits Tali in a clockwise motion, slowly revealing her face. The camera comes to a smooth stop at a perspective identical to the current photo of Tali. She smiles with glistening eyes, and gently bites her bottom lip. Tali embraces Shepard, placing one hand on the back of his head. She pulls him in, closes her eyes, kisses him, fade to black. 


Meh, just tossing cheesy ideas out there. I don't have room to complain since her romance arc was amazing, but an extra scene like that would have been a nice touch.

Yeah, it was lazy and too human-looking.

But I don't care. The Tali romance arc, right down to the stuff between the quarians and geth on Rannoch, was just about exactly what I hoped for. I would've been happy (okay, maybe slightly miffed) even if Tali's face had never been seen in any form.

Also, emergency induction port. Best. Scene. Ever.

Well in comparison to Liara's final romance, Tali's 30 second dialogue is very disappointing. Liara romancers have like 3-4 times as much content? Pfft, just no beating the Asari I suppose.

I'll believe it when bioware is taking all my monies for it on the marketplace. my biggest problem with this source, is shepard is not in the jungle. the rest of the normandy crew is.

 Quarian skin tone, facial structure, and hair actually makes them the most similar to humans in physical appearance.

After this we all knew that something like that picture will come, I can't complaint, she is just as I imagine her, of course I would like to see her 3D face, but if that post about future DLC, including Romance is true, I think this is a big chance for Bioware to show her 3D face.

Another thing is that Aria DLC can be real, cause we all know that she wants to recover Omega from Cerberus and as TIM said Cerberus is not a person, is An idea? cant remember, so Cerberus doesnt finish with TIM ( cause I killed him) more can come. I hope.

Well not all the fleets were destroyed, we dont know excatly where they land, that give us huge probabilities, they can be near any salarian, asari, Krogan even pirates colonies or maybe somewhere on Earth, or just an unknow planet, who knows. but for sure it have to be near an habitable planet, so a beacon signal will do the job.

Also there are two kind of mass relays, the primary only lead you to a "partner" relay, and the secondary can move you around a network of secondary relays. For what I read a Primary relay cannot connect with a secondary unless they are "partners", so Normandy could use a primary or a secondary.
Now for the way that the final beam connected the relays looks like those relays were secondary, that means that normandy cant be futher than a few hundrerd LY around Sol System.
Also I read that there are mass relays dormant so I guess if the mass relays were off or in a sleeping mode, the wave couldn't affect those.

Is just some ideas to comfort myself, still hurting, my Tali is lost

dataing her all the time. saving her nation as good as i can. now i ended the war between quaraians and geth for the love of peace and the chance for them to go back to thire home planet...

I was pleased with the look they chose for Tali's face. Given everything we've read about the Quarians (mammals, human-like) I wasn't surprised with how she turned out but actually glad as I was tired of seeing aliens without hair. Am I disappointed they didn't create a 3D model of it? Definitely. I hope if the romance DLC is true they that reveal Tali's face (in game/cinematic) and that they hire and use Hammasa Kohistani's face for it.

I call bull crap on the rescue DLC as there are a ton of facts pointing to that the ending was an indoctrination induced hallucination. I bet Bioware is just letting us feel loss before making the true ending where war assets will matter.
