It's interesting to think about that. I mean.. If Quarians were also primates, it may point towards the direction human evolution is going. Having 3 fingers must be dandy
It's best not to think about it too hard.
I know its a little off topic but I was actually born with a rare deformity called ulnar dysplasia, and as a result I only have three fingers on my right hand (well two and a thumb). The coolest part is having so much in common with 75% of the species in ME. All I need now is an extremely weak immune system.
Anyhoo yeh so having three fingers rocks dude
That's not the point I was attempting to make but... Well, it is nice to see that you're in good spirits/at peace with your disability (should you choose to call it that). Were I to pass as a quarian, I'd have to saw off my two middle fingers and possibly break my tibia in a few places, not exactly something I can see myself doing. I at least need the ring finger for something.

Keep the healthy human immune system, it's a good idea. Just remember that it's good to live in "just the right amount of filth" to keep it functioning properly. I always got the impression that the Quarians were an allegory for what western society might become if we continue our obsessive-compulsive attitude regarding cleanliness and disinfectant. The only goal that achieves is as Wrex puts it, "something that grows weak when it isn't constantly challenged", and it lets the resistant strains of microorganisms proliferate.
