Well of course! 

But yeah. I always think that even if Shepard and Tali/crew reunite. It wouldn't be a completely happy ending for him. He's going through a lot, PTSD maybe even some other mental disorders from everything he's witnessed throughout ME1,2, and 3. Shepard's LI (in this case Tali) and his/her best friend (in this case we'll say garrus) are the beacons of light. People to really cling onto for a long time.

I just fall backwards and let my dreams take me wherever, if it happens, that is. Even though I've started playing the game series about 1 year or so ago, no dreams of my love interest yet. I have a feeling forcing it wont do much good, but neither will letting yourself go. It's better to envision Tali in your imagination. Less focus, sure, but far, far more frequent and available.

I will tell you, from personal and clinical experience, that PTSD is not so easily cured by a group of supporting friends and/or romantic partners. Not to be a downer, but just clarifying. It is something so ingrained into your psyche that it is incredibly hard to remove (if even possible, depending on your definition of removal).

I know, which is why it would be bittersweet. He has the condition for either a long time or the rest of his life, but his LI and friends are still there to support him.

Guilty! Had a few over the past week or so. Most were from my POV instead of Shepard's and most were just small stuff. Had one as Shepard's POV though and it involved the ME3 ending(after destroy option). I was like, "Must...get up...stop the Reapers. MUST SEE TALI AGAIN!" That's all I remember from it though, alarm woke me up...wanted to take a hammer to it that morning.

But the dreams felt so surreal. A funny part I remember dreaming one time was that I didn't have an omni-tool like pretty much everyone else in the ME universe so when I got one I was freaking out at how awesome it was. People nearby looked at me funny like I'd never seen technology like it before. I was like, "Uh...yeah..."
