Tali'Zorah ME3 Thread *MAJOR SPOILER WARNING!*

Right after you leave the Citadel for the 1st time and the 1st dream sequence, Liara asks what's really bothering you.
What I WANTED to say was something along the lines of "I don't know where Tali is, or if she is even ok."
Not one of the convo options unfortunately. I told her instead I was tired of the Galaxy's infighting.

...also no mention of anything concerning Tali picture problems, either.
Not to mention the fact only a % of ME gamers even saw it in game. Pretty much everyone that is p***ed off with it, is in this thread.
That's not to say there is no chance of improving it or getting an actual maskless Tali 3D model. That could have been on the cards anyway, regardless of fixing the ending (as it seems the planned DLCs would have all been pre-ending).
On the other hand as a lot of people are complaining about not recieving closure with their LI, it stands to reason that if they offer closure post-ending to all of Shepards LIs, that where it involves Tali a proper unmasking may well be on the cards.

...We find this difficult to explain without breaking known "canon". We can only conclude that we were a "garbage bin" to store the leftover intelligence from the storage banks...or we are not truly evolved as of now. You are correct in stating we are a single platform, however due to the lack of time around organics...Himmelstor wrote...
Curious, why use of plural pronouns to refer to single platform if uploaded code?GooseofSteel wrote...

We admire this "eagerness". As displayed in our knowledge banks, we willingly gave ourselves up for the Creators that truly did not see us as harmful. As we progressed through our infancy, we came to realize this was a trait our Creators had handed down to us.
Since then, however, the only geth unit able to display such profound characteristics was Legion.
We owe our improved intelligence to it...we mean him. Because as far as we know, he possessed the necessary components for a soul. All thanks to his interactions with organics.
To be as you organics call "blunt", I...we do not feel comfortable enough around current organic entities. Current thoughts from others about how we should refer to ourselves unknown.

Shame they didn't show Tali's face. I mean, if this is the last game in the trilogy about Shepard, why not go all out and answer everything? Not do this space magic stuff then add the possibility of an ME4(heard rumors about this lately). <_<

I...we find this alternate reality of interest. Creator Zorah seems to match what some cultures refer to as a "squid", yet a bass finds her "hot".
Still processing data for further analysis.

I would agree. I do like that picture it's a good bit of work. Not that I minded the shopped stock image that much. I kinda hope they'll fix the fingers quietly in a patch sometime.

i mean, it'd definitely be much more work than what they actually did, just using the masked Tali model, but surely, after five years, and 3 games, after all the anticipation and build up, it'd be worth the effort required just to be able to actually see her eyes as she delivers some of those incredible lines .......

We acknowledge some disdain towards Creator Zorah's face. Still, this unit wishes to see the Liz Sroka pose as suitable picture for Tali.Einhander526 wrote...
All I wanted was to see her face. Alas..a photo..a heavily photoshopped one also.
We deem this as realistic and a possibility.

Amongst sea creatures and certain humans, squids are considered hot.
I'm not one of those humans. I was quite releaved when Tali turned out to not, in fact, be a squid. Also I'm allergic to them.

Yeah. This is something like Star Trek would do. Throw a few lines on their face and call it an alien.phonypapercut wrote...
I thought the laziest part was making quarians humans with lines painted on their face. I'd be fine with a photoshopped stock image if they put some effort into the design.

I'm about as ignorant about the process of character modeling as anyone can be, but how difficult would it really be to make a second Tali model with the faceplate removed, and an animated face? They could use the standard model as a basis, so it's not like they'd have to start from scratch. And the basic pathing of the scenes could be pretty much identical.

I dunno...they usually only do that if they're on a low budget, just how during the Kirk vs. Spock battle in the classic Star Trek, they drew a red pencil into kirks chest when he got hit. At least star trek would put more effort into it since they have more cash to do so.

Yeah...same here. Wait, what if she broke her fingers and pushed the bones closer for us for the picture?
Bioware logic!
...Nope. Doesn't sound like it'd work. Then again... *looks at the endings*

This unit also seems to be developing an interest in what you organics call "fan-fiction". This unit is still processing information, yet we can reach a general consensus.
Knight, you did what organics like to call a "fine job".
