I usually remember dreams to the degree that I'm at least aware I had them. But it's possible that I forget most of them completely without even knowing it.Himmelstor wrote...
Incredibly likely you do dream during REM stage.Formis_Sage wrote...
And I wish I even had some. Last dream I had was months ago...
Then I could start focus on dreaming about Tali.
Question is memory.

My first throught when leaving Earth at the beginning was wondering if Tali was okay. After seeing old friends, the curiosity grew and grew until finally she shows up. The scene where you rekindled the romance made me go, lol

Nice! What didja dream if I may ask? My most recent one was like a dinner or lunch date with the dextro-lasagna I gave her, lol.
It was odd but sweet at the same time.
Lucky it was that clear.

I supposed it wouldn't matter if I used a straw... less chance of mandibles getting in the way, but why would I need to triple filter it? Turians don't need suits.knight5923 wrote...

Yeah, that'd be nice.
I can't beleive that, in the entirety of the game, there's no point where Shep really expresses that, you know, the Reapers are here, and I'm concerned about my LI, where she might be, if she's safe etc.
Seems like it'd be a pretty obvious place for the writers to go. I mean, everyone else talks about it. Garrus is worried about his family, Bailey's worried about his kids. Joker's worried about his sister. Why can't Shep just say "More than anything ...... I just want to know that wherever Tali is ....... that she's okay ........"
Yes, totally agree. Straight off the bat I was thinking "Where is Tali? Why can't I ask anyone about Tali?". I did get to ask a bit about the Quarians, but didn't get any real info or to ask for Tali especially. Instead I had to wait patiently until the game told me it was okay to meet up with the Quarians and know that by a "random coincidence" Tali would be involved. Not terribly realistic. Even if she wasn't my LI you'd think Shepard would ask after her.
In ME2, you get to ask about everyone right away (well, after the intro mission anyway). But there wasn't an opportunity to do that here. Why my Shepard would even loose touch with her in the first place I don't know. You get the impression the characters just don't care about each other as much as the players care about them.

One of the things that would have been nice is if you actually had the choice of deciding which path you want to go. For example, Admiral Hackett could brief you on the main factions and you could decide which faction you wished to go after first. Instead, it fallows a more linear path, choosing what factions you wish to rally instead. Yeah, sure, in Mass Effect 2, it was linear as well, but you had more options to choose when presented with the linear path. Mass Effect one really nailed it; you could decide which planet to start at and work your way from there.
I have a feeling the developers did this because they did not want to develop any more lines of dialog than they had to. When you think about it, the choices you have are so great that it would probably take this game another year to finish, and by that time, December 21, 2012 would have came, heh. But who knows? At least I enjoyed blowing up stuff and killing things on my way there.

Also a valid point. I mean, sure they probably don't a one of those fancy quantum entanglement communicators in that base Shep was being held in (at least, not one he'd have access to as a decomissioned officer), but come on, that's what the extranet is for! Drop the girl a line every once and a while, man:P
