I could tell you... or you could just watch my Let's Play (still in progress, currently about 75% done with ME1).TrueMadayar wrote...
*throws a round of mead* So, I guess I asked already, but: What were your Shepards like? Looks? Mine looked like Stephen Colbert! Wasn't planned...just happened. Hehe.

Same here, but like I said, I expect it's because I did most of the side missions before Tali came on board so she just never had the chance. I do remember getting some Ken/Gabriel interactions in my first playthrough (MaleShep with Ashley surviving) which I didn't get in my second playthrough (FemShep with Kaidan surviving).Darman wrote...
Strange thing is that I for me, Ash survived and I also never got that dialouges.
Went down every time I was back on the Normandy. All the time "Nothing to report" or "hello, shepard".

Well, if the bug description is correct, it's not enough to have Ashley as the survivor, you have to be considered her friend. I bought her the book of poetry, came to visit her in the hospital several times, talked to her constantly on the Normandy (I talk to everyone after every mission), and took her on a couple of missions (I like to vary my squadmates, and since I was playing an engineer Ashley's a pretty good team member).Darman wrote...

Recently I have been considering writing my own version of the ending... but honestly I have never written any fanfiction before nor am I that good of a writer. I do want to write something, but I fear it will not end up being very good. What do you guys think? Should I try anyways even though there is a good chance won't be anygood?
Just go for it, you'll feel a lot better, I know I did after I wrote mine

I started off not being able to stand Ashley, but she kind of grew on me. A lot of it had to do with the elevator conversations. For all her apparent xenophobia, she treats the aliens on our crew (including Tali) as friends, which gave her character more depth for me. I found Kaidan kind of boring. What's more, as an engineer in ME1 using Ashley+Liara is pretty much the ideal squad, so choosing to save Ashley was also a tactical decision.HellBovine wrote...

It's a very unfortunate bug, but as a software engineer I know that those happen sometimes. Let's hope they manage to get that fix into a patch. If the process is really so complicated, maybe we can get that developer to create an out-of-band hotfix? Although I'm not sure if that's even possible with the Origin patching process.

Considering they never fixed easy bugs like the ME1 Garrus low-rez face I doubt they're gonna put in the work for something they consider tricky.Dilandau3000 wrote...

The fix isn't actually tricky, just the process for getting it approved. Hopefully that one dev is able to pull some weight, but yeah, I'm not holding my breath.HellBovine wrote...

And 100 percent readiness. So "The Truth" DLC can come now and the best ending should be possible!
Has anybody found a site where you find all datapad messages? Don't wanna hijack one...

"Truth" DLC has been confirmed to be false, only way we are seeing that is if Bioware chooses to make it now.

This unit recalls a game last night against my still heretic brethren. Apparently the organics and my Creator infiltrator all came to the conclusion that we must wield a shotgun, albeit different ones. The Human Infiltrator held the Disciple, our Engineer held a Geth Plasma Shotgun (and made me as you organics called "jealous"), our Vanguard had the Spike thrower and I possessed the Eviscerator. We marched in line around the map as a line...Yuvero wrote...

That MUST be it. Hehe. But surprisingly enough I do actually occasionally hit something! Love a good team, though. You know, the kind that gathers at a strategic point any break, and then advances together?
normally I sit in my balcony and hunt some bad guys while the vanguards do the rest, if not I show them the migthy of my shotgunlol
We were a conglomeration of shotguns...my brethren sadly never stood a chance.

How boring. I normally get no cover from my squadmates and they tend to run in front of my targets I have so neatly lined up. They should just give me the open field and concentrate on the perimeter.
Strangely, I only pull shotguns from the Spectre packs...what the hell.
And the geth in mp annoy me...their faces are harder to hit. However, at least the Geth Prime is no big challenge. But the pyros cost me all the time when my mateys let me get flanked...

This unit understands frustration. I should mention that once the Vanguard proceeded to commit you organics call "Noob Combos", my Creator and Human Infiltrator, a human "friend" I met who lives in a bunker in on the human world in a city called Philadelphia, proceeded to "rage" at him for getting in front of us.TrueMadayar wrote...

We deem the Charge and Nova "combo" as unecessarily applicable to Bronze level enemies. We were simply just trying to have what you organics like to call "fun".
We then proceeded to remove said nuisance from our squad when he spammed my human friend with gloating...
Unit was terminated.
P.S. - We highly recommend, once you do unlock a Creator Infiltrator, to invest into Sabotage. My brethren will bow to the Creator's Tali-like capabilities.

We do not have an "honest" opinion on the state of the biotic combat hybrids. It is...sad to see that a lot of organics who participate in the multiplayer have quite diametrically opposed opinions.Dilandau3000 wrote...
I had lots of fun with a vanguard in multiplayer a while back. Basically, I froze 'em (cryo ammo), he broke 'em. Alternatively, I would freeze them, then set them on fire (human engineer with incinerate). Either way, it was hilarious.
But we introduce a chance to digress...this unit wishes to share updates on Creator Zorah's house on Rannoch in a few hours...

On an unrelated note, I was thinking of writing my own alternate ending where the group that splits off from the Fleet to engage Harbinger actually shows up, but I'm not sure if I should. I'm a far cry from being a decent writer, so it'll probably turn out terrible...

And I hate it when somebody LEAVES the game, decimating the squad when a weak newbie (me) is in it.
I only play random. Never heard any chat there...you can find me online, of course. Guess my name. Hehe.
And Tali-Like tactics include flirting?
Sadly, the Hanar is not playable...
