Oh come on! Tali was probably ready to jump Shepard's bones since she came aboard the Normandy in the 1st game.  I know I was.  


I thought that kiss alone made up for all the lost time not being an LI in ME1.

The whole romance made it up in ME1.  In fact, it felt like a dream come true when I played through it.  I was like, .  Just like magic.

Shep's probably got at LEAST ten years on her. So a powerful, heroic, wise and incredibly lethal older man with all the life experience he has behind him? That's just plain intimidating to a younger and slightly socially awkward (who wasn't at that age?) female of any intelligent species. So while she might have admired Shepherd and developed feelings for him I doubt it would be erotically based, she's smart and pretty much said it herself in ME2 that she never expected those feelings to be returned. So you can imply it was her last girlish "crush". So when that crush returned to her when she'd "grown up" in her culture's eyes and to an extent her own, and returned previous feelings she'd all but written off...

Retroplayer- So the Mass Effect movie is allegedly in the works, Ash. Even if they go for massive Hollywood names just for the sake of it I don’t think they have a reason to not cast you as Tali seeing as all we hear is her voice. Would you be interested in playing her on the big screen?

Ash- I would love to play her. I love Tali and we’ve been together for so many years now so it would be strange to have somebody else play her. I really hope I get that opportunity.

Retroplayer- Well, if the producers are smart they’ll give the fans what they want.

Ash- Well, I hope my work speaks for itself. It would be a great opportunity.

Hmm, I could live on rannoch quite comfortably. I live on the edge of a desert myself, and I periodicly make trips into the Mojave. The Quarian landscapes remind me of small lakes that periodicity form through the region, but on a larger scale.

Can't help but reading the interview with Tali's voice in my ear. It's Ash's way of speaking, I guess. The rhythm she speaks in fits. The way she builds sentences and what words she chooses. "I'm writing a children's book - inspired by my little guy - about self understanding and self love." Totally something Tali would say.
