One thing I have to say: The Music in the original Mass Effect is amazing. In particular, I think the love theme from Mass Effect 1 was amazing, I could use that music to recall some of the more pleasent memories of Tali, such as her snuggling up in bed, us kissing, or playing handsies.
However, I think if anything,
From the Wreckage has my #1 spot, simply because it helps invoke the emotion in the ending. I remember having Tali & Wrex on my end playthrough, and after being found, I was like, "Oh good, Tali and Wrex are alive, now where's Shepard? Shepard?? SHEPARD!?" and for one, brief moment, I was choking with tears as I seriously thought Shepard had died. And the look Tali gave...she was worried too. Worried that all of her feelings for him were for naught. Then, out of the ashes, Shepard arose, and my heart jumped when I saw that. I never, ever thought I would have this much emotion for a character until I played this game. And to top it off, my Shepard wore what looked like iron man armor, making it look line a scene from a good iron man movie.
I think that for the new ending, they should have a opportunity to do this again. The music would be a great fit if there's a final battle, but should be slightly remixed should Shepard (And possibly his teammates) not survive. I want a chance to feel that emotion again like I did in Mass Effect, but with Tali + friends there truly wondering if I survived. I just wish this nightmare of a ending we have right now would end...
