Not as far as I can tell. I found it on le 4chan. 

The only thing I want to change is making the mandibles and the back of the skull more streamline. I don't see any race having all of that stuff sticking OUT of its face.

I don't think so. I don't think bioware would show us a concept of her face before we actually see it in the game.

Quarians have the same kind of heads as humans. The Quarian skeletons in that N7 mission where you have to save a stranded Quarian from Varrens proves it.

Personally I think those are just placeholder skeletons non-representative of Quarian physiology.

But that's my opinion. I have no facts/evidence to back it up.

Tali's face should have relatively human features anyway....not too far removed from the little bit we see through her faceplate.

I saw that today but I dont think it's a Quarian. The legs are straight, toes, fingers. I think it was just A skelaton. There is a mission that deals with all Husks and a human skelaton outside the cave entrance that is the same thing.

This is my favorite Tali face drawing so far. I would like to see this one used in the game. Or something close to it at least.

FYI this was not an easy find.

I know that they are probably going to show her face, I just hope they go about it in a good way. I said that I would like her to look something like the image up there. I would rather them not show her face but I will be fine with whatever she looks like as long as she isn't a monster or a giant bug.

Looking at her old suit reminds me of how different it looks. She must have gotten a new one while shepard was dead.
