The reaction wouldn't have bee nso drastic from the fans if the series didn't get players involved as much as it did.
Look at me for example, I never go in forums. Yet, here I am in the Tali'Zorah thread. Very powerful game, indeed...

And I have never followed a game series so closely. My presence on the forums here is also a testament, and the current project I've been working on. Perhaps I'll end up showing all of you some day.

Here's hoping if they do rectify the ending they throw in a "Shepard survives" choice. Dammit I wanna be constructing beach houses on Rannoch! :police:

Meh - I think if she was shown all happy on Rannoch with Shep and maybe Kal Reager building a house next door, that would be cute enough for my heart to be all warm and not cold and shriveled like the actual ending did.

I know.  I feel the same way.  That's kinda why I came here.  To mend my heart and get better.

And whatever happens in April...

Keelah Se'lai.
We're with you.

The fact that you said Keelah Se'lai just made me more sad. Seeing as it's "for the homeworld I hope to see some day"... Pretty much no chance of that happening with the given ending. :crying:

And that's why we're holding the line.
It's why we still use "Keelah Se'lai."
We hope to see Rannoch again, in company of Tali'Zorah.

*shakes self*
...had out of character moment there!

Just think about running tests on seashells and about how vorcha are allergic to dairy.

Not the only forum have ever been in, but only one have stayed on for long time.
Willing to stay here, among compatriots. Waiting for better ending.
Because fell in love with fictitious character, want to know what happened to her.

Sorry my good sir but a gasp of oxygen for half a second doesn't make me a believer. Not to mention that scene still lacks any kind of closure.

If you call lying under mounds of rubble on a deserted Citadel with no way of getting off due to the mass relay thing and taking one half a breath living, then yes.

One thing that I still smile at every time I see it is when on Rannoch, Tali says,

"We have gotten used to carrying our homes around with us."
Then Shepard picks up a rock from Rannoch's ground and hands it to her.
"Well, that's a start."

Such a simple gesture made me smile immensely.

It seems as if every day, my hope increases a little bit that we will all know what will happen to Tali.  And Shepard too, I might add.  We still need to hold the line, for we cannot waver on promises of great wealth.  But each day, my heart and the hearts of many others get stronger and stronger.  We will see Tali once again, embrace her in each one of our arms, and build her that damn home on Rannoch.  Then, we can figure the rest out from there.

If I were to be any species in the ME universe I'd probably be a Quarian because it's most like myself... And that way I don't have to have 4 of every organ and look like a catcher's mit.

If Bioware won't make an ending with closure.

I will.

And I am Goddamn Serious, wouldn't be my first work with Bioware's games, nor the Unreal Engine.

If you feel like helping, you could PM me, need to :wizard:...

At the moment, anything but human, batarian, vorcha or big stupid jellyfish is fine with me.  I tire of being a human.  Not sure if I would pick quarian though...

That sort of thing isn't added (in the entertainment industry) if it doesn't mean anything. Lack of closure? Yes. Also implies cliffhanger.

I am the very model of a scientist salarian,
I've studied species turian, asari, and batarian,
I'm quite good at genetics (as a subset of biology)
Because I am an expert (which I know is a tautology)
My xenoscience studies range from urban to agrarian,
I am the very model of a scientist salarian!

I would end up being one. I mean I'm a computer scientist in training, I get sick very easily, I have incredibly pale skin, and I think it would be awesome to have glowy eyes.

I think being a Vorcha would be pretty wicked. For me it's a toss up between a Collector (protheans look vastly different and not as awesome in my eyes *shrug*), Vorcha and Yahg.
