I disagree. Its still better than anything BioWare has presented. I didn't say it was perfect.

I have to side with the crown who opt for Tali regardless of what she looks like. I fully admit I can be remarkably superficial at times, but Tali's personality, posture, movement and voice won me over nigh immediately.

Considering Quarians have been described as looking more human than even Asari, and also considering how Javik states how beautiful Quarians were in his time, it seems reasonable that she's actually somewhat stunning and looks like a human.

That's a highly pleasant bonus.

My guess is Ash kept in touch with various crew members and heard from them.  If she views Tali as a sister then Tali may have even said something or let slip.  

An aside, there is an interesting conversaton between Dr. Chakwas and Engineer Adams regarding his guilt for not helping deal with the collectors.   Ash and Liara come up for not being there to help directly, Tali and Garrus come up as being there.  I actually consider Liara helping as much as she could.

I romanced Ash in ME1 and her behavior in ME2 is what made me consider it dead and over.  The fact that Tali simply decides to trust and give the benefit of the doubt and Ash is all FU meant a lot.  I think that is the biggest difference in all of the romances.  Tali has shown time and again she will trust and be there to support despite other misgivings.  To me that speaks quite strongly.  Funny how of all the me1 characters that you can eventually romance only Garrus and Tali are like that.  The others are either too busy or too quick to judge.

Well they are not mutually exclusive if you look at it from his point of view.  There won't be any offspring possible so mating is waste of time.  On the other hand quarians tend to be the hotness, you can appreciate beauty in and of itself.

This has been bothering me ever since the source photo was discovered and advertised all over these forums. Some people are just too quick to dismiss her appearance, simply because they're upset about how her face reveal was limited to a photoshopped stock image. She looks beautiful. Seeing other fan art that stay true to her canon design have more than reinforced that opinion.

Though I doubt it will happen, I'd be very disappointed if they altered her canon look to just please the unsatisfied who apparently "represent" all of us Talimancers.

You overreact.

Theres no problem with the german voices. Sure they ain't as good as the english ones,
but not as bad as you try to make them.  You get used to it.

Actually I'm happy that they dropped the accent in german.
Hearing eastern european people speaking german reminds me way to much at work...
In english it sounds cute... no doubt.

Of course the accent is cute, but the German voices aren't too bad after all. I think they made the best syncro of all games I ever played in German.
But for me, I play in German because it would be too hard sometimes to follow the conversations or to get the essence of a joke if it isn't told to you in your main language.

Hah, yes. His response was excellent. "This conversation is over."

As for the modified photo, Unicron9, the guy who made that revised version, has also made a rather nifty mod to the Tali figure, interchangeable heads, one of which is based on the photo. It's in his gallery.

I never said I'd be happy with anything. I actually prefered her face remained in our imaginations under that mask.
