Ahh, back from some ME2, from right at the beginning. Just got Archangel, nice fight, but that Vorcha with a flamethrower is a right git....

Referring to an earlier point, I pretty much came to this forum purely for Tali, and lurked a while. I only registered to join this thread with a recording.

I have to agree that I find myself reading this thread on my smoke breaks at work, and basically anytime really. Love how there's always more to read in this thread. And since it's always about Tali, this thread always fills me with joy. ^^

Smoke breaks, that's something basically history in my country, but I never got any, anyway - it was mandatory to smoke to get them. Hehe.

Yes, it is the collective Tali enthusiasm that helped me here. I played the three games in a row with one char, just carrying along the decisions I made, seeing how it would go. That I choose Tali, it happened because it was my decision in the games. And I wanted her in ME already, when she fell for me in ME2, I was so game. Despite Jack being...well...more real in some ways, Tali just made it impossible not to love her. She's one of the greatest writing and voicing works I ever experienced.

Another hint on some of the more...critical theories out there, that you do not see your LI, in my case Tali, but standardized Liara. A very, very rare, if not the only moment where your decisions do not change a cutscene with reminiscence. That alone made it...strange for me. As if it was hastily made, and not adjusted to the varieties like the rest. Not seeing Tali in the flashback made it also very stupid for me. Took me right out of the game. No way my Shepard would not see her - he'd even forget Anderson and Joker, Tali would probably the only thing on his mind.

It was the only paper I had unfortunately. If I ge the urge again I'll get some drawing paper though for sure.

Well, smoking is frowned upon over here, but It's something that I won't be giving up any time soon.

I had a similar experience while playing through the series, I made Liara my LI in ME1, and once I realized that Tali was romance-able in ME2 I dropped Liara like a sack of grain and latched onto Tali. Been happy ever since...
Er, would've been if Space Magic and mass genocide hadn't happened, that is. ;

I think I'll take a screwdriver, try to drown that absurd ending from my mind, one drink at a time...

Lol yeah those took the longest. I didn't realize how intricate the designs on Tali's hood are until I tried to draw them.

Easy now, don't give up hope. There's gotta be a happy ending for Tali. As the good ol' Doc would say,
