Man, I'm starting to get really frustrated with MP. Seems like everyone can get quarians but me:pinched:

I wish this goofy weekend thing were giving bonus credits instead of xp, would be a lot more useful to me<_<

Not just you. I'm also forced to play as other races.

I take it you guys seem to be taking advantage of the bonus XP weekend and all that?

For some reason I like the from ashes combat suit, having a second mask seems to make her twice as sexy lol

Whats funnier that gut punching Gerrel after he fires on the Dreadnought... Punching him as Femshep and telling him get off your ship...

Followed by the FemShep laying doing the "I'm Alpha ****" stare on Xen... ..good times..good times.

Do most people know that the outfits give stat bonuses this time? they don't seem to make it clear

I use this one for when I bring her on missions. Looks more combat ready.

and I didn't punch Gerrel but I did talk down Xen. NO ONE messes with my friend Legion.

Actually, I figured that out DURING the game and then switched around. Found out some of the outfits I wanted the stats of looked completely idiotic, so I had to compromise. Tali, I used the From Ashes combat armor for most of the time, due to the stats. Yes, it looks good. Only downside, on Rannock you hardly see her face in the cutscenes. Well, sacrifices have to be made to keep my favourite Quarian safe and cozy.

Anybody here on PC, so we could try a Silver together or at least rush planfully through Bronze?

Did anybody finish on perfect paragon or perfect renegade, does it actually influence the ending or not? i heard it does, but I never saw it confirmed somewhere. Didn't punch Gerrel. Next playthrough he gets it. Did talk down Xen. Legion was my best buddy and karaoke machine, EVER! Well, he probably missed Mordin, anyway. The two together were the living end.

Are the stats of the armor pieces somewhere listed?

I think there is a button called info (depends on your platform what it is) it then displays what stat boost the outfit gives

True dat. I figured it out accidentially in my quarters. Like so many other things.

*grrrr* Must. Stop. Reading. News Articles. Of. Other. Developers. Siding. With. Bioware. They're all self-righteously saying "hey, that's vandalizing your own work, we're artist, you fans don't have to like our games", blah-blah. What was that developer. I need to open a personal list of people whos works I do not buy...and I should add every single writer of Mass Effect 3 to that list until we get to know who wrote that particular ending. Cause, honestly, can only have been one guy, it's all basically the same.

Tali, Tali...damn, I wish I could play through Mass Effect 3 again, but that ending makes me give it a pass. I loved the game so much, but that ending totally screwed it up for me! I have no idea why, I was warned it was ****ty...and yet, when it happened, I was just: What the hell? Nothing of all of the last ten minutes made any sense whatsoever! Space Magic, teleportation, fleeing from combat, condemning all allies to die, what the hell? And why? Why this horrid ending to such a good game? This is not a battle of righteousness, I don't want a per se good ending - I want all this nonsense explained, and I cannot come up with any explanation for it! As Tali said in the alternate Animal House ending - What Bosh'Tet wrote this crap?

I vary it depending on needs and how I've got her powers spec'd up. She looks good in all of them, so aethesically I'm always happy. :)

*snip*

The endings  are completely contary to the build up... Rannoch was the peak  if you did not feel bad ass after that... then I don't what to say ...because I felt bad ass.

"Pullover"
"If we run now, the Geth stay under Reaper control and the Quarians are dead. EDi, I want to network every gun in the fleet through  Normandy weapons system. "
"I love you"
"I know..."

me:  **** ya ...time kill a  Reaper.  B)

Indeed, the only option at the end is convincing the Illusive Man to shoot himself in the head, and you have to do **** independant of the actual Paragon score.

We still are contemplating what we shall do next. Noveria, Feros, or side missions...

This unit doesn't recall length or total of side missions in the first installment of this series. We possess interest and "anxiety" towards these things due to the inevitable conclusion.

We will process these thoughts and analyze.

The side missions are relatively brief but I reccomend doing as many of them as you can inbetween major mission sgements

Sure thing, am on Gin Lemon today myself. It's weird. What's the Metacritic score on this thing...95? Even higher? I wouldn't grade it under 75. Only for select audiences, everybody who was fan of the first two parts will be disappointed at the end of the third, cannot be recommended for people with deep emotional attachment to stories, and your doings have no consequences at the end, so don't neglect your normal life for the game, not worth it.

Oh, and I would actually tell the ending to everybody. Sure, they'll play it with a letdown, if they play it. But it's irresponsible for any Talimancer to have to face the ending without knowing it. It's too illogical and messed up.

Okay. Would've heard of another ending by now, anyway. "Perfect Paragon" or "Perfect Renegade" obviously means maxed out bar, I guess. Not that any of that is hard to achieve because you want to play every side mission because you believe you might not make it through the final battle...well, of course the ending throws you right back onto your ship as if nothing had happened, what the hell ass idea was that anyway.

It's perhaps a comment on the state of the industry that a lot of people don't seem to understand what makes computer games work, that is, the player interaction. If you want to write a story free from compromise, write a book. Otherwise the gamer better damn well be at the centre of your universe.  Perhaps it sounds arrogent, but games wouldn't exist without the gamer and their whole nature is to put the gamer at the centre of the univese. Somewhere along the line some developers forgot that.

This is why I'm in two minds about playing MP this weekend. I did just have one of the most fun MP games so far and it was with an engineer (sadly not Quarian, though I do love my Geth Pulse Rifle).

I have been playing it again, but I plan to stop before the ending. The idea being that I can remind myself of the good stuff and try and forget how it ended.

I have been experimenting with taking other people on missions, though I can't actually remember who I took origionally. I've grown to like the Prothean a lot more though. Plus I sacrificed a few minor resources so I could take Tali on the maximum number of missions (a couple of the N7 ones can be done after recruiting her but you can no longer cash in the tech you find lying around by that time). I really wish I could recruit her from the off.

On a side note, I've been watching the various romances on Youtube and I've come to the conclusion that we actually did fairly well with Tali. Liara's is good as well, but she doesn't really get any more then us and a lot of her romance dialogue is only a minor change from what she says as a friend. I haven't checked out Garrus yet, but the others are pretty weak really and some of the Femshep options are abysmall. I kinda want to go back and loose Jacob on the suicide mission out of revenge for all the Femsheps out there. What a douche.
