Not saying it doesn't happen, just that many people have an inherent aversion to the procedure.gamer_girl wrote...
Lol some of you haven't heard of sperm banks I assume.

I'd be alright with that or adoption. Sounds like that Jonah kid needs some new parents.

I'm pretty shocked by how many guys are against artificial insemination. It's pretty interesting actually. Never would have guessed.
While I can understand why someone would disapprove of such an idea, Shepard and Tali's list of options is almost as short as my friends list.

We wonder how many men are willing to delve into the topic...

Yea poor kid, gotta be pretty traumatized after all this. Particularly if peace is made with the geth and he has to spend time around the machines that killed his parents.Olueq wrote...

Yah, same here. (I was the one that proposed the idea). I just thought it would be an option for them to consider.

Yeah, never thought about that. That would be pretty rough. All the more reason why he needs Shepard as a father-figure.

This one proposes space magic. It would appear the writers of Mass Effect 3 like space magic, anyways.

Quarian orphan kid. Mom died on the Alerai helping Tali's dad with his experiments. Dad dies on Rannoch after you talk to him during Zaal'Korris's mission.Maderek wrote...
Jonah, Jonah, Jonah... Doesn't ring a bell. Something tells me I don't like him and his brother's music.

Not against it at all. It is just a much more complicated issue than adoption is. Especially when you also consider that after ME3, there will be unprecidented numbers of orphans in council space, probably at rates never before seen. It would be better to adpot children that already exist than to bear new ones. I wish that people on earth could figure that out though. Millions of orphans around the world, and some disgusting couples have over a dozen children. It sickens me. Too many people on this poor planet.gamer_girl wrote...

Oh, damn. You all must have a superb memory, because I never would've even remembered that. Hell, I didn't even make that connection when I met the father during Korris' mission.
Still, what if Jonah turns out to be a punk? I don't like punks. Shepard doesn't like punks, punk.

For the people who don't remember Jonah, there was a video of his mother dying on the Alrei in ME2. She said "Mommy loves you very much" I was pretty depressed after that point.
Yeah same here. Even more so after I found his father dying on Rannoch. I wonder how old he is?

Depressing is a sorry substitute for the absolute sadness of that whole mission. If Jonah had been the "ghost kid" during ME3, I would have died from dehydration before finishing the game, rather than the single tear for the time I wish we had more of.gamer_girl wrote...
