I'd be alright with that or adoption. Sounds like that Jonah kid needs some new parents.

But how would Jona feel about the fact that his adopted parents witnessed (one only as a recording) the final moments of both his biological parents? Might mess him up a bit.

Tali would be able to relate in some way as well. She lost her father in the war with the geth as well.

Even though the Geth murdered Creator Rael, even though she did not trust Legion, we were willing to sympathize with her giving the circumstances.

Creator Jonah is the same.  We will provide hugs and act as his "personal toy" if need be in order to reestablish his trust in us.

He doesn't need to know that. All he needs is a family to love him and help mend his poor little broken heart. :(

EDIT: Too cute haha

Jonah should just be adopted by Veetor and his therapist girlfriend, you know that kid is gonna need extensive therapy.

Can he be more messed up than he would be from knowing that the geth killed both his parents, and are now sharing rannoch with them? Or that the fleet strapped cannons to every single ship, including the one he lives on, in an ill-advised effort to reclaim that homeworld? Or the knowledge that said invasion was completely in vain, that the geth wanted peace, but the suprise attack reduced them to gibbering idiots that asked for reaper help? Children everywhere are going to be so messed up. Like that girl in the citadel dock overflow, talking to the turian c-sec officer. A teenager waiting for her parents to arrive, knowing without a doubt that she will never see them again, and steadfastly refusing to aknowledge the fact. Wars are ruinous to the lives of children.

Well, if I were Shepard, I would at least offer Tali that option, as opposed to adopting a Quarian infant completley un related to them. Not that that would be a problem.

Agreed. I'm all for adoption, but if Tali wants to go natural or any other method, the science is there and Tali understands the risks and steps, my ears are open for that too.

There are many reasons to learn Latin, here's three:

1) To know what all those latin mottos on coats of arms mean (and to design your own one)
2) To know what the latin names for various animals/plants actually mean (and to name new ones)
3) To sound clever at the odd dinner party.

Call me ignorant, but...I'm not interested. Too much work. I only know english, and a tiny bit of spanish, which wouldn't be enough to keep me alive, that's for sure.

I want to mention this for a fun conversation. When Tali is drunk she mentions that her father would hate Shepard; assuming you romance her. So lets assume things played out differently and both were alive and had time to meet. Aside from not being a quarian himself Shepard has helped her with her pilgrimage, saved her on numerous occasions, kept her out of exile, united the quarians and the geth, is ultimatly responsible for helping get their planet back, and treats his daughter love and care, oh and saved the galaxy; you know nothing big.

So my question is how many of you actually thinks that he would hate Shepard? I do not believe that her father could hate a guy that's done all that for his daughter and his people. Unless being a quarian is the only thing that matters to him; it would be really hard to hate a guy like that dating your daughter. lol

Again I know this can't really happen, just bringing it up for a fun topic. There's no right or wrong answers just curious to hear others opinions on it.

Well, no offense here, but some of the quarians I have met are so blind with rage and determination that their intelligence drops. Frankly, if Tali's father decided to get personal with me, I would whoop his ass renegade-style by grabbing him from the waist up and flipping him over on the bar, slamming him on the table. I have a feeling he is intelligent though, and not necessicarily a jackass on first sight, so hopefully that won't happen. He seems to have at least a bit of respect for me, as he sends me the E-mail approving of Tali's transfer and Mass Effect 2 and warns me to take care of her, noting that if anything bad happens, the admirality board might subject me to severe penalties. But if he dares to be stupid as some of the other quarians I've met...he's in for an ass-whoopin.

Did you see the size of that plot hole? One wonders if they made it out alive.

Not Tali?

Creator Zorah prefers not to be involved in politics.  Although she can work outside of them, we concur it is best for her not to get involved.

We recommend Creator Koris, actually.  Creator Gerrel is too foolhardy, Creator Raan deserves to be head Admiral, and Creator Xen performs...questionable experiments.

now that would make for an interesting story line to play out... Jonah coming to grips with his parents death and a Geth trying to understand it

Best guess Veetor stayed with the Flotilla, Kenn got recalled.

I think I, also, saw Lia and Presidium Fish Krogan in a shootout against Anderson on video at the Shadow Broker Base.  :(

Tali and Shepard are almost certainly going to retire on a Rannoch beach, if that's what you're refering to.

Jonah makes sense, because once he's grown galactic civilization could have recovered to a degree. And the Quarians have more than earned back their place in society.

EDIT: This is under the assumption that Mass Effect gets some kind of new ending, of course.

That reminds me, providing that Tali can actually wear such a product with no ill side effects, what kind of sunscreen should I get Tali?  That skin of hers has got to be pale enough to give her a bad taste of sunburn without protection...

Oh, man, I forgot about the Shadow Broker videos a while ago. I haven't seen any in well over a year and a half, they updated at points, right? Wonder if I missed anything

Didn't really look like a quarian to me, and I don't know the fish Krogan's outfit well enough to tell.

I'm pretty shocked by how many guys are against artificial insemination. It's pretty interesting actually. Never would have guessed.

Yah, same here.  (I was the one that proposed the idea).  I just thought it would be an option for them to consider.;)

This one proposes space magic. It would appear the writers of Mass Effect 3 like space magic, anyways.

I might not have a problem with space magic, (If it were explained by some sort of tranz-levo-dextro conversion bull****).  But some would.
