I thinking/hoping Tali will have an important role in convincing the Migrant fleet to help everyone fight the Reapers. Wouldn't work if she was exiled, I suppose, but I can hope.
Which makes me wonder what the default decision in ME3 will be. Will she be exiled, part of the fleet but Rael is blacklisted, part of the fleet without being blacklisted, or if the loyalty mission never happened. Probably the last one.
