I whas reading that I can get a Tome of Ethereal Suggestion from the demon in the Fade or get the blood mage specialization. there is a way to unloak the blood mage specialization and get Tome of Ethereal Suggestion or I need to chose one?
and I can get Tome of Ethereal Suggestion only if I am a mage or I can make one of the party member get it?

Save your game before this encounter. Unlock the blood mage spec, reload, and then pick the tome.
It must be a mage warden (your character), who speaks to the demon. If it's Wynne, Morrigan, Irving or Jowan, the encounter will always result in combat with no option for a reward.

Unfortunately this is the only way to obtain it: You have to be mage and enter the fade to bribe with the demon, the other mages in your team in this case simply fight the demon and leave you no choice to get the Tome.
