Thanks.  Shepard is probably the millionth person he's heard say that so his annoyance with it is understandable.

I can't ever romance anyone in the game anymore, unless I ignore Thane until his LM. Then..well then I break up with whoever I'm with.. it's hard  

Me too. I always break up with my first LI for Thane. He is just, well, Thane.

Did anyone else apart from me get a lump in their throat when they first saw the LotSB trailer? When I first saw it, I thought it was Thane strapped into the electrical torturing machine, and although I felt a pang and a sense of dread. But at the same time, it made me go I MUST BUY THIS DLC NOW.'

Then I saw his skittles face and found out it was Feron. Who is still cool.

Sorry about being away for a couple of days. Work got in the way. And those aforementioned fanfics. And, you know, general facebook trolling.

Side not, just got the EA Australia email about the ME3 Digital Deluxe Edition. So NOT happy with the extra bits. I wanted the Normandy lithograph!!! We always get ripped off here in Aus.

Are there anymore Thane cookies? I think I need one.

I thought it was Thane too! I didn't see the trailer though. I got LotSB included in the PS3 edition. But I went into that room and thought: THANE! NOOOO!

Must say though that I am glad that the PS3 edition was made and released so long after the original PC and XBOX 360 releases. It means I didn't have to wait too long between falling in love with the game, and getting the new one.

I hear that games are always incredibly expensive in Australia as well. I thought inflation over in England was bad, but when I see how much a game costs in Australia, I wince for you all.

I had read the comic books before hand, I still thought it was Thane. Feron looks almost human in the comics, he looks A LOT better in game. Such a poor tragic figure

Seems that all drell are tragic figures actually. All three we know of are, and then of course we know how Rakhana went under...

No, because I had a feeling it was probably Feron.  Why would the Shadow Broker have Thane?

What was a nice surprise was the letter you get from Thane. That I was not expecting.

Let me put it this way: I had a preorder of the new Assassin's Creed. Cost $130. Not even the Animus Edition. I cancelled it because I had a ton of time off work, sick and injured (threw my back out, pretty badly. Was away from work for nearly two weeks, and was only allowed to go back to dancing last week, and I need to be laced into a corset and have my shoulder tapped up to do it. It's really put a crimp into my training schedule and my plans to dance in the Queensland Nationals next April. On the Gold Coast too, which is nearly 2000km away from where I live up here in Bowen) and had no money left after the car rego. And the service, and now the repair bills.

I still have a preorder for Skyrim. Extras are just a notebook and an artbook. Not even the dragon statue. And it's STILL $110. <_< Thankfully it's the same price as a new game, but still.

I'm also pretty hesitant to order internationally, cause I don't want to have to deal with the hassle of international PSN accounts.

I haven't read any of the comic books. I didn't know there WERE comic books until I started reading this Thread. Could you (or someone) please PM me a little info? Just to get me started so I can find some.

When I first saw it I think I actually yelled, "FERON!" It never occured to me that it could have been Thane. Huh.

It never occured to me either.  I guess it was the clothes that made some think it might be Thane.

For me it was the coloring. Thane is green. Feron is skittles. Mmm... Taste the rainbow... Oops. Sorry.

That's true. Feron isn't green, and why would the shadow broker have Thane?

I think it probably was the clothing since Feron doesn't wear that outfit in the comic. Feron from the comic book also looks a bit older. In LotSB he looks closer to Kolyat's age.
