I can't see that happening unless Shepard was trying to come between them, and that's certainly not the style of any of my Thanemancing sheps.  I doubt Kolyat would be wanting his Dad staying with him anyway.  I think Thane and Shep could have an apartment on the Citadel so that they could visit often.

I don't see him breaking it off either.  As everyone else has pointed out, Shep is aware of how much Kolyat means to Thane.  And Kolyat definitely doesn't need a dad he hasn't seen in 10 years around constantly, so I see him as just visiting and being avaiable for Kolyat should he ever want to talk, get a drink, whatever.

Haha, well I haven't been out of the country since August, and before that, it had been a couple of years. The convention where I met with Steve was only a couple of hours drive away luckily :happy:
Never been on a cruise though! I usually choose the adventurous holiday over a relaxing option!

The trip has been over for a while now but I have decided that Thane plushie will probably accompany me whenever I go somewhere likely to have Thane fans.
He's not for sale, sorry, he has sentimental value. But if you do want to buy a Thane plushie, I can probably make one for you! That goes for all of you. Send me a message if you're interested

By the way, Hanar also met Yvonne Strahovski (the model for Miranda's face) on her travels with the Thane plushie, and it was her birthday at the time!

Also, it seems there are quite a few Thane fans from down under. Not many English ones though.

As for the Thane T-shirt, I like it. But it is for men. Hopefully this will mean that there will be a T-shirt released for the Sihas soon!

I ordered the t-shirt, mostly because I have no self restraint when it comes to Thane.

concerning the thane t-shirt, I must be the only person who doesn't really care for it. I'd much prefer a quote of his rather than a picture on a t-shirt. as for what quote, i'll take anything. even "you can change your pants in a moment." i wouldn't care about the odd looks from strangers.

@Shepenwepet: you know, I kinda agree with you. A Thane quote would be much better. A lot more tasteful as well.

I don't want the "pants" quote though. Maybe something more philosophical. There are plenty to choose from.

I did! And Yvonne is not only the face model, but the voice actor for Miranda too! Of course I took Thane plushie to her party!

Haha, well I am wearing the outfit that all of the scientists in the game seem to wear, yes But mine is the SR2 version and is meant to be one of Shepard's casual outfits.

As far as I know, Miranda is the only character whose face model is the same as their voice actor.
I know for sure that both Joker and Samara have different face models from their VAs.
I'm pretty sure Keythe wasn't a face model either, since he got the Thane Krios role after Thane had been created.

They do have similarities though, I guess

I don't think we've ever been told who Joker's face model is. I think I heard that he was someone that just came into the studio one day and they chose him for the role XD

I think all of the major humans and asari in the game have proper face models.

No Thane doesn't have a face model, neither do any of the aliens according to my knowledge (apart from Asari of course.) Quarians definately don't have face models xD

But Keythe does a brilliant job with Thane, he really communicates with his fans, and even plays the games! As does Brandon Keener! I recommend looking out their facebook pages from time to time. It is really nice when people do those extra little things, like Samara's face model cosplaying as Samara.

I also had a little 'squee' moment when I was made as a Thane in Skyrim. And whenever Lydia calls me 'my Thane.'

A cruise can be an adventure, especially if, like me, you end up sailing through a cyclone.

That was definitely NOT the best time to be totally drunk.

I would like to hear what Keythe's Thane voice sounds like without the sound filters.

I'd probably freak and embarrass myself if that scenario ever happened.
