I think Kolyat would be all right with Thane and FemShep's relationship in the end, even if he was bothered by it at first. If she helped him from going down the wrong path in Thane's loyalty mission, he'll probably have a good deal of respect for her. Although, I'm not sure how many of my Shepards would try to convince him to work at C-Sec. Most of them even encourage Garrus to quit.
I know Natalie Shepard (the one I pair with Thane) would support it if Kolyat came to the decision on his own, but she's an Earthborn, and from her past experiences, it's not something she would suggest. She knows there are good cops out there like Garrus and Bailey (who gets some approval points for the way he handled Kolyat's situation), and it's completely in her nature to stop Kolyat from getting into the assassination business because it's something he wasn't ready for, but she wouldn't push him too far in the other direction - all the way from a life of crime to police work. Some of my Shepards would be happy to see such a change in him though.
And now, to reply to everything I missed... in reverse order:

I drew a real quicke of Thane.... Like 20 minutes. I might do it properly if I feel like it has potensial tomorrow.. What do you think? My first attempt, heh. His eyes where killing me. And I had to use ref for the pose...
That's really impressive, and it only took you 20 minutes? You should definitely draw more pictures of Thane.
@Wynne: I should read Redemption again, because I forgot a lot of what you mentioned there. Yes, if Feron was a romance option, he would get one of my FemSheps for sure. He would have anyway, but he's moved up on the list now. (And about Kaidan, I did read a lot of pain and passion in his dialogue. I can't say too much because you don't want to see the spoilers.

Ahh, Sable, another one I miss! And I do remember that conversation, hehe. Always loved your wacky dialogues. 'Just like old times' indeed!
Just curious, when did Sable leave? I mean, I hadn't been around in 8 months before my return... for all I know, a lot of people could have left to avoid seeing spoilers on the forums.

Very funny! The Plot armor part really made my day XDD
The Codex says that drell babies can eat solid food since birth, that totally removes the need of breastfeeding, so no breasts, and since it's obvious that drell are reptile-like and no repitle on earth has boobs.... people put 2 and 2 together no real information though
Good find, I didn't know that about the drell babies. I really need to start reading the codex, or at least checking the wiki for codex entries. (They probably have them listed there, right?)
I'm glad you guys like my dialogues so much.

It gives my Shepards good excuse to test out that plot armor again...
Carson: *driving the Normandy towards a Reaper* Hey. Hey, Thane. I'm gonna floor it.
Thane: No, don't. Don't floor it.
Carson: OKAY, FLOOR IT! >

FTL TRAVEL, ON!
Thane: O___O *hangs onto Carson's chair for dear life*
Carson: *drives through one side of the Reaper and out the other* It worked! I can't believe it worked...
Thane: You thought it might not work, and you did this anyway?
TIM: Death means nothing to him anymore, not after the creation of the Lazarus Project. It has no consequence.
Natalie: I got it all on tape, Carson! We're going to be a hit on youtube.
Thane: Siha, not you too...
Saren: What would happen if we blasted a Reaper with the sparkle shooter at close range and allowed our plot armor to protect us? I think we should try this, and watch it from the skylight.
Thane: I'm beginning to think that I'm the only sane man aboard this ship.
Carson: Don't sell yourself short, Thane. You're a lot more sane than the women here too.
