Wow, cool pic with Thane and Jack! I like that team too, but more for story reasons. I mostly play on Casual, so I can beat anything with any squadmates without much trouble.

Maybe Thane thinks that Carson will have to sleep eventually, which means he would stop driving. This would be one of the few times that Thane is wrong. Carson doesn't sleep much. During ME2, he used that extra time to make plans like a good Commander, but now is the down time before ME3.

Aww, Thane and FemShep wedding. That would be adorable.

I was just wondering, after looking at the picture of Thane in a tux, if drell would have some kind of formal outfits that differ from what humans wear? I know what turian casual outfits look like, but drell are much closer to human body types. I think the only clothes we've seen for drells are those amazing jackets/assassin outfit, not that I would complain if their whole species dresses according to the rule of cool.

It's too bad Shepard couldn't dance with her LI in ME2. It was possible in ME1, so I wonder why they took it out. Clearly, BioWare is skilled enough to create dancing turians that look natural, like that one in Thane's loyalty mission. xD But I guess we can assume the ME2 LIs saw Shep's dancing and wanted no part of it.

Yeah, so do I. He has the grace, poise, power, and control of a dancer. That's why I wrote Unfulfilled Desires. Well, that and at the time it was a week before I could get back into my training for the year and I needed any sort of dance fix that I could get, because at home there is only so many steps I can waltz before i hit a wall.

Shepard is a formidable woman, but she is just a woman, with her own insecurities, and lets face it, from the in-game animations there is no way she could be called gracefull. I always imagined Thane being the only one who could help her here. Shepard would need the tenderness, patience, and gentle humour Thane would bring to the whole experience. She would only be able to relax enough to learn while in his arms.

That said, I do seem to insist on imagining Jacob as a Latin dancer, but that might just be my brain's desperate attempt to make Jacob seem less boring.

Sorry I'm rambling.

I agree with all of this... especially Shep not being graceful. xD I always imagined Thane would have to teach her too.

I think Vega would be more likely to know latin dancing than Jacob though.

I`m derping every time I see my femshep in that leather dress, but still running like a gorilla and doing the arm-streches. Pretty damn ugly and nonfeminine thing to do if you ask me. She was more graceful in me1, dunno why they changed that

I didn't really mind Shepard's animations, except the strange one that made her/him run with the head still turned down and to the side as if trying to examine something... and then running away from it. xD But that was more hilarious than troublesome.

They did a great job with Lady Hawke's movements in DA2, though I'm not sure how that would look on Shepard.

Im guessing they only had one model - who was the man Shep. Guess its better to have a masculin woman than feminin man...

Same with when you invite Thane/Garrus/Jacob up to the Captain´s cabin. They all sit very feminin...

Anyway.. Did some inking on my drawing.Clean it up a little. Made the skull to high... Annoying. And his chest became very flat. Dobbel annoying.
Should I try to draw it with colours in Photoshop? Is it worth it?

Hello to all the new folks! 

So much to catch up on....

@myth - read and reviewed your fanfic- LOVED it!!  I better have my choice of saving Thane though - no one wants to see a grown woman weeping with a 360 controller in her hand (ok it's happened before but no one has SEEN it). 

@Friera - great job!  I'm always jealous of people that can art - I cannot.  At all.

@Saren - your "conversations" are fantastic!  Keep them coming!  And the "plot armour" is my fave!

As for Thane teaching Shep to dance, I definitely see it.  He's the only one that seems to be tender and firm without being too humourous (I'm thinking Garrus here).  They'd be flying across the floor in no time.  And perhaps this would "fix" her less than feminine movements elsewhere? 

I hate that when she's wearing that formal dress and sitting, her legs are spread WIDE open.  Lovely.  And I agree that Lady Hawke was very well done - I hope the dev teams share!!

8 weeks today folks until ME3!  I am excited to see how they wrap things up for Shep, and of course how they include Thane....

I do have one PT that I am going to rescue from my old 360 where I romanced Kaidan, just to see how it turns out (Sbarge's reading of his letter changed my mind on Kaidan....)

I was just curious who do you all moslty take with you in the game?
I usually take Thane, Garrus, Jack or Miranda. Sometimes Kasumi. I really do like her Shadow Strike.

I have an almost equal love for my squadmates and I wish I could take them all with me everywhere. Usually Thane, Garrus, Mordin, Kasumi or Jack gets the chance tho. Zaeed, Samara and Jacob are more likely to stay on the Normandy.
But I never get the hate towards characters. why? If you really listen their stories you get why they act ****y sometimes. I consider Mirandas and Jacks stories to be deep and interesting, and they get all the hate...and I just dunno why

Same here. I don´t really care for Tali.

I always bring Thane - then a lot Jack, Samara, Garrus and Miranda. Sometimes Grunt. Maybe once or twice Jacob and Mordin (but he dies all the time)
I never ever used Zaeed actually (except LM)

But I like all the characters actually. Which is rare for me... Jack, Samara and Miri has interesting stories as well

I never used Tali that much in ME1 either. I did use her a little more in ME2, but not much more.

Thane is always in my team right after I can get him..The second squad member depends who Shepard is in game. So there are: Thane & Samara for Soldier Shepard, Thane&Garrus for my Adept, Thane & Zaeed for infiltrator and Thane & Jack for a Vanguard. I wish I could have this same teams in ME3 plus Thane & Wrex for another femShep
