Who do you usually take with you to fight the huaman reaper?
Sometimes I end up taking Tali with me even if I don't want to. For some reason she keeps dying on me if I don't.

Tali is in the group is the lowest defense scores, so if you don't have enough high-level defenders in your hold the line group (Garrus, Grunt, Zaeed), then that could be why Tali dies. Thane is in the group right below the best defenders, so it could have the same effect. You should check out Pacifien's suicide mission guide in the ME2 forum for the calculations. It's really helpful.

I like to take Garrus with me, and either Tali or Thane. I'll switch it up on different playthroughs though.

Doesn't Thane have a pistol? I'm fairly sure that's his second weapon? o.o Long ago I used Thane now since I'm trying to romance Garrus in this playthrough and I can't if Thane's with me the whole time. >.>

God it was difficult to not click the "Just friends?" option...

Normally I always bring Thane and Garrus with me, because I want my bros with me. Have never had any issues with Mordin or Tali dying although I've heard a lot of people with that problem.

It all depends on my playthrough, In my last one I romanced Thane so I took him everywhere with me and Tali is my sheps best bud so I took her to.

I found out that the more you level up your characters, gun upgrades, and everything they tend to survive the SM (Mordin died on me the first couple of times.)

I guess I have to make sure everything is leveled up because the last couple of times she died. Mordin only died on me once. I usually make him the escort.
I usually take Thane with Garrus. Some times I will also take Mirand or Jack.

Yeah I tried Mordin as an escort once and instead of him dying Tali did. Before I usually made Grunt or Legion my escort.

How do you people even do that? Not romancing Thane? I`m trying to do the Garrusmance now but I don`t know if I can avoid Thane. And I really like my new femshep, she would be perfect for him. But I peeked dem spoilers and Garrus has some nice lines coming up so...ugh. I`m so torn.

As for everyone surviving the last mission, I`m such a careful player, I made sure I have everything, before going out. I had nothing more on the map but that reaper iff quest, so the only thing left todo after that was legion`s loyalty. Saved everyone including the crew. Took Jack and Kasumi with me to the finale and they were amazing (Kasumis shadow strike is awesome)!

Do you think there`s playable female drell in MP? If so I just need to find a way to play it with someone. Any PC players here?

I simply make a Shepard that doesn't "suit" Thane in my eyes. And generally just avoid him and don't sit there and chat for ages with him. xD I'm saving my very paragon Shepard for him, Garrus gets my paragade.

My first suicide mission had some errors, such as half my crew dying and Jacob died cause I threw him into the tech part on purpose... (I did not get a good first impression of him) I actually *want* a Shepard that didn't manage to save everyone but I just can't force anyone to die anymore, not even the characters I dislike.

Besides, it feels that the more people you save, the more stuff you get to do in Mass Effect 3. I hope.

I got a PC, but it'll be a long time before I head into MP. xD

That happened to me.
I sent Jacob a couple of times as the escort. Then Mordin died once so I sent him the next time and that's when Tali died.

I'm going to have to do a better job at leveling up because she's the only one who has died more than once.

Well, it's really easy for me... I plan out each of my Shepards, and their playthrough decisions, so I don't do anything in-game that I didn't want for that Shepard. If I planned a Shepard to be with Garrus (or anyone else, or no one else), then they are simply not right for Thane.

But I know a lot of people don't play this way, with such strict roleplaying. (I've replayed entire boss battles because one dialogue option I chose for Shepard afterwards seemed wrong for the character.) When people play a different way, I'm not sure what advice to give them except try it my way and see if you like it?

When I did the Garrus romance I just didnt' talk to Thane. It wasn't easy, but I did it.

Playing that way would probably make it a lot easier to not romance Thane, but I do think that the Shepard I have for Garrus really isn't right for Thane.

See that`s the thing, my new shep is even more suitable for Thane.She`s paragon, with a few renegade outbursts. I think I never be able to be the renegade, I just hate being that ****y with everyone:D

I`m keeping my crew alive for the hope of more stuff to do in me3 also. Plus I really don`t hate anybody, if you talk to them they all seem to be really good people. I may like some of them more than others but I still cherish them all.

No I don't think so... no female, Drells, Turians or even Krogans for MP as far as I know. Which sucks cause I really want to see the female versions of both Drells and Turians We will know soon though!

Does romance lines become available for LI`s the same time? I don`t remember right now. But I quess you can`t start anything with Garrus before Thane`s recrutement and loyalty? With Thane there is the warm-up, you have dialogues and stuff, at first with shep standing there, then sitting blah-blah. As I remember it`s only calibrations-calibrations-calibrations With Garrus then BAM-reach and flexibility. Sucks to know that Thane has so much to say and if you want to romance Garrus the dude just ignores you..

Yeah.. I've seen the hints in Thane's convo's already and I havn't done his loyality mission yet or been offered it. Garrus is stuck on calibrations and have for awhile but I at least am doing his mission now so he can start talking already... I guess Garrus was simply too focused on Sidonis to want to talk at all. xD

Havn't done any other romance so can't tell if they start the same or not, but Garrus and Thane doesn't.

They really didn't give Garrus very much romantic dialog in ME2. I was a little tired of calibrations all the time.

There is a female krogan. I don't think there is a female turian or drell. I really wanted to see what the females look like.

Yeah she's in the single player portion of ME3, I just don't know if female Krogan are included in MP.

You should try playing Paragade and Renegon. I don't think a Shepard who used Renegade dialogues exclusively would be right for Garrus or Thane either, since some of the Renegade choices play out more like a Shepard who doesn't trust aliens. Garrus himself is a "compassionate Renegade", or in game terms, a Renegon. He's a good person, but ruthless to the bad guys. You don't have to play pure Paragon to play a Shepard who's not mean.

And if your new Shep really is the type who would go for Thane... then it's best not to fight it. Characters have a way of doing whatever they want. Just think of which traits that you think would be good for a Shepard romancing Garrus, and then create a character around that.

Edit: Forgot to answer your other question. The romances for every character start after you complete their loyalty mission, no matter how early or late in the game that happens.
