the mod does not fix it right. he thinks the warden is dead, but I've heard even then if you bring Izzy he will still go with her. (I just don't bring Izzy around)

I'm guessing there is nothing new on Thane right? Has Bioware said anything at all?

Wow, if this was what Thane did when Shep shoots the red sand crates... that battle would have gone differently. xD

It's an overdose of red sand. It's Thane dancing while he's high.

They can't seem to stop talking about everyone else.

i don't see that. I see that many of the favories from ME2 are getting no mention at all. I know we are Thane fans, but we really are not alone is the "no news" department.

They haven't said one word about any ME2 character. It's like they want to forget these characters exist.

The spoilers that I've seen for Thane are major plot scenes, so I can see why they're not saying much about his appearance in ME3. It's kind of like when Garrus' appearance in ME2 was a big secret because he showed up as Archangel. They don't want to give away anything important.

A lot of people thought there were too many spoilers in the ME2 advertising, so that might have played a part as well. We're getting less in general this time around.

If this was Garrus I wouldn't be worried at all. I know they will do something wonderful for his character. I do worry about their intentions for Thane. I've read some of those files, and they make me worry even more.

I think it's a parody an episode of Spongebob where Squidward becomes "super handsome".  Which means that whoever made it finds Thane handsome~

This time around, it's probably just easier for them to show Garrus. He's a permanent squadmate, so he can be shown in Shepard's team in just about any location without spoiling anything from his story or the plot. With Thane's main part in the game being so strongly connected to important events, and without the benefit of being able to take him outside of these missions, it would be harder for them to show him. That's why Thane got more advertisement in ME2 (besides being a new character, he wasn't involved with major plot spoilers or a surprise reveal), and Garrus has more in ME3.

While I think (or hope it's true), it makes sense. But Garrus was the "poster boy" for Mass Effect 1. Not saying that he'll be it in ME3, but I'm surprised they aren't focusing on someone else this time. I havn't seen any ME3 videos, except the offical trailer and the VA
video, so I can't say if... Vega for example has been mentioned more.

Why Thane is hidden makes a lot of sense, if he's involved in heavy plot missions. Not to say I think Bioware knows we're curious on him. D:

I would think that one screenshot couldn't hurt, but it's fine. They haven't said anything though.
I worry about his story. I already know Garrus has a great one.  Bioware likes him, and he's very popular. Bioware isn't going to screw up his story. I don't know that when it comes to Thane. The fact that they havnen't said anything makes me worry that everyone from ME2 will get poor treatment in ME3.

I know I always feel a little sad when it gets onto page 2. Running out of things to talk about. Also I agree that there were many great tidbits in that interview, quite a bit of lean towards Anders info but oh well. Still cool. Plus the getting races back for DA3! Wayy off topic.

Anyone wonder what the Drell language sounds like without the translators? Bioware should invest in some little tidbits like that.

It ends up on the second page because there really isn't much to talk about. Bioware won't give us anything new so we just have to wait for ME3 to come out before we have something new and hopefully something good to talk about.
