And my preferred class is sentinel, for the good mix of tech and biotic abilities. I'm also playing as an infiltrator on my jacob-mance pt, but i'm not liking it as much as sentinel. And I choose the sniper rifle on the collector ship, for the same reasons as wildannie - Seeing in my head canon many wonderful shennagians between Thane and Shepard during sniper training. (okay, not those kind of shennegans (<---how the bloody hell do you spell that?) but still, something).

I keep switching between which class I consider my favorite. Currently, it's infiltrator. I like being able to pick off enemies from afar with my sniper rifle. When I did my playthrough on insanity the Tactical Cloak was a life-saver on many occasions. It was fun! Especially when I brought Thane and Garrus along making us an unbeatable trio. My mainShep is a vanguard though, so go figure.What's not to like about smashing into enemies?

The only classes I've never completed a playthrough for are soldier and engineer.

Multiplayer isn't really my thing but I'm kind of intrigued that you can play as a different race. I want to try to play as a drell infiltrator in honor of Thane once the demo hits.

I just wanted to show my support for Thane. I may be one of the more dorkish gamers out there, but I have gotten to the point when I have trouble thinking or sleeping because I am so excited about this game. I am also nervous to see what they do with this character.

The same with me - I hope they do a good job on my beloved Thane ... just something great, something that makes it worth if the decide he has to die in ME 3.

I want him to be saved, but I am kinda conflicted because I can see both sides of the argument.
I think the best would be - if he has do die - if he does it to save his Siha.
But the very best of all for me, of course, would be if there is a very, very happy ending for the both. After all they've gone through in the past they just deserve this.

I was actually a huge Kaiden fan during the first ME (i know i know). Then I met Thane in the second one and was completely enchanted. I actually find it hard to not romance him because I went through all the romances. Haha now I sound like a love sick fangirl, but I kinda am.

<3 It has been the same with me - first I thought Kaidan was the best my FemSheps can get in the game - until they met Thane. Only one of them were strong enough to stay true to Kaidan (and that has been very, very hard ...).

Just a question for everyone; what class is your favourite? Mine would be Infiltrator (sniper! xD especially the Widow) but Vanguard or Sentinel are a close second.

I usually play Adept or Vangaurd. I seem to like being a biotic.
I don't really like the other classes.

My first few Shepards were all soldiers, cause I'm comfortable with the basic idea of just point and shoot. I had tried biotics once in ME1 and hated it so it took ages before I started one in ME2 and ended up loving it there.

So my Thane romance Shepard is a Vanguard, my Garrus one is a biotic and my Kaidan/possible LI less Shepard will be a soldier.

Also the kitten picture... I'd like to know what breed such a random idea. xD

Page two again! Thane and I are disappoint.

So excited for Valentines day. Will probably play an Engineer cause I love having so much to kill enemies with. I wonder what story we'll get in the demo... probably just the beginning didn't they say this demo will be at least 1 hour of gameplay?

Time for a catch-up post!

All of those screenshots are great. And I like the addition of kittens. The one with Feron is hilarious!

Favorite class: Definitely one with biotics. My MainShep is a Sentinel with a shotgun, assault armor, and a "pretend I'm a Vanguard" battle strategy, so she's really fun to play.

I won't be getting the demo because an online connection is required for that, but you guys will tell me how awesome it is, right? I'm curious if the demo will have the same missions described in the Game Informer article, or something different.

Thane's outfits: I like all of them. I've only seen the DLC outfit in screenshots, and it looks cool, but if I had it, I would probably only make him wear it during missions. It would seem strange for me to see Thane with sunglasses in the Normandy, and being unable to see his eyes during conversations (when the camera angles are normally focused on his eyes). Same for Jack's DLC outfit. I support the idea for a sunglasses toggle, like the helmet toggle option. It'll be interesting to see if Thane gets a new outfit in ME3. I know Jack is getting a new look.

I think it would be nice to hear the drell language too, and all alien languages. Many awesome moments would happen if everyone's translators just broke for a while. I might have to think of a dialogue for that...

Ah, okay. Fair enough then! I was hoping we'd get to import our Shepard's but I'm looking forward to seeing the new default female Shepard in game so it's a win-win. (:

It's not like her shots can damage his health (at least not on Casual). Thane should have seen this epic fail and known that I was clearly the wrong person to follow the target in his loyalty mission. I must have lost that guy several times.

Assassins are so talented. And they have to do it all without a re-load button.

You can't import BUT you can change Shepard's appearance.
So you can just copy the slider options over to the demo It just won't have imported decisions.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who lost that guy in Thane's loyalty mission. Those darn Keepers were distracting me! :/ I always get nervous in Thane's loyalty mission, mainly because I would hate for Thane to be disloyal to Shepard but also because I get sidetracked too easily.

The sad thing is, I wasn't even distracted. I was really trying to follow that guy... and got terribly lost, ended up running around in circles, and needing to replay the mission a few times after I ran out of time and Kolyat escaped. I have a lot of respect for Thane being able to do this kind of work, but he's got to realize that Shep's not so good at this.
